“The two plate we purchased arrived bent. I reached out to Displate to see if there was a way to unbend them. They replied almost immediately and are sending replacement plates. I just needed to send photos of the damaged plates.

“My plate arrived slightly late and damaged. I contacted displate and they responded quickly and were really helpful. They have arranged for a replacement place to be sent and a courier to collect the damaged plate. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the courier doesn't damage this one. As a company they are great to deal with so I will order more in the future. I've given 4 stars because if the packaging was a little thicker maybe it would give a bit more protection. But the company and products are great.”
