Needing this much customer support to place an order was also unsettling and time consuming. Taxes and fees were not sufficiently itemized. Product has not yet been delivered.”

“During delivery/transportation the displate we ordered was unfortunately damaged. We contacted Displate through the chat, send some pictures and 3 days later the damaged goods were picked up at our place. It was easy we did not have to run to the post office to return it ourself. Another 3/4 days later a new intact displate arrived at our place.

“I got one of my displayed bent it was the Ex Large one of the five I bought but it came in bent. I know it wasnât their fault but rather the shipping company I provided my details and they sent me a replacement soon after. This time with fragile on the packaging to prevent this from happening again. I just wish displayed packaging had some foam to displayed son of the more common weigh issues they would have during shipping to begin with.”
