“There were multiple times during this transaction that I wanted to stop working with this company due to the lack of communication with the specific employees who were assigned to me. To start the person I was working with was not very responsive with email so I called and I was told by another employee that this was a busy season and that he was on his lunch break. I can relate to being busy obviously so I accepted that they were very busy. Then after about a day I hear back from a completely different employee I've never communicated with and she emailed me to ask me what my address was for shipping. By this point I had not even heard back from the original employee I was working with regarding my artwork. I also had not received any type of proof. I emailed her back to say I was confused because I never heard back regarding the artwork. I said should I assume it was fine? Because I would really like some sort of proof. Proofs are usually provided any time artwork is involved so that the customer can double check everything looks as it was sent. Am I wrong? She emailed me back with a very unprofessional email to basically say she had no idea what I was talking about and she included a lot of these (...). I called to talk with her but she was never available but conveniently would email me right after I called. I figured out that there must have been some type of mix up and I emailed her back to tell her that the original employee who was helping me sent me my artwork proof. I let her know my order number and explained that she might have confused my order with another person's order. I never heard anything back from her. NOTHING! Not an I'm sorry for the confusion or anything. It seemed very unorganized. If I just went along with her I would have probably received someone else's order. The original employee who helped me was cold but he got the job done so I guess I can't really complain. As far as the proofs I think that Displays2go should provide proofs that actually show how the artwork is going to look on the item. Just sending me a picture of the image I already sent you does NOT help me. I have not received my order yet but I'm crossing my fingers that it looks good. Needless to say, it is very unlikely I would use Displays2go again.”

“I really like the wall mount card holders! they are great! What I didn't like was the large box that them came in. I'm sure the use of such a large box was to make sure that the card holders didn't break. I feel that the same thing could have been achieved with a box half the size. Again, I am very grateful with how quickly they came, the affordable price and easy install!”

“The corner of my display piece was broken off upon arrival. It had the hole to fasten to the wall on the broken piece so I super glued it together and hung it anyway. Seemed like too much hassle to return the item. Had the item not been damaged, it would have been great. The repair is visible, but does not appear to effect the structural integrity. I changed this to 5 stars after I was immediately contacted by Displays2go and they sent a replacement product. Today this type of immediate customer service is unheard of. This company went above and beyond to remedy my concerns quickly. Felt it necessary to reward the quick response with 5 stars.”

“I got a great tv stand for our new school. We put 55" Sony smart tv on it and a laptop witht a nice logitech webcam. Now the staff is at war to get time with it, I need to order another one :)”

“Received picture frames in good condition and shipping was fast. The description and customer service stated only use for landscape orientation, but arrived with hooks attached for vertical orientation too (which is what I needed). Looks great displayed. Thank you!”

“Ordered a mannequin on September 1 and they still haven't shipped it yet. I tried to contact them through their website's chat system and it's not working. Lame.”

“Great value for the money, very happy with the product look and quality, easy online ordering, customer service guiding us through putting it together was great. I would have given 5 stars except the directions for assembly were terrible. Good thing the human beings on the phone were available and knowledgable enough to get us through it. Why don't you ask your customer service people to re-write the instructions?”

“Quick delivery however, the rack we bought does not fit together properly and the pieces were rusty and dirty when we took it out of packaging. It is a very simple rack to put together- not really a way to put it together wrong, however the pieces don't actually fit together. When you snap one shelf in, the other shelf pops out.”

“I ordered two snap frames for concession stand at High School. Frames are very nice and easy to install. Only negative is that on both frames the locks were stripped. Allen wrench just turns around and so that feature will not be working on our frames.”

“Lightweight, adjustable (1 pocket across or 2). Arrived quickly. I'm not sure how to fold it back up like it came, but it's so lightweight it doesn't matter, still easy to put in the car with the stand out.”

“wE SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW for a nice looking flag display at a reasonable price and Displays 2go had an absolutely beautiful, cherry display, complete with matching base at half the cost we were finding elsewhere. I highly recommend Display2go for all of your display needs.”

“The display is sturdily built yet compact and easy to put up and break down. It's designed to hold six tiers of books, magazines and/or brochures. In my case, it will hold copies of all seven titles in my "King of the Trees" series. I am looking forward to using the display this fall. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was very effective. I would definitely recommend this company to other authors and booksellers.”

“I have a lot of economics-based comics that I got from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. I have been looking for a spinner rack for some time. Even though the pockets are larger than comic-sized, it does the job adequately and looks good as well. The only downside is the roller bearing that allows the rack to move isn't very smooth...I have to hold it with two hands to rotate the rack.”
