“The first chalk board arrived damaged. Because it was rather large and the packaging quite extensive, I dreaded having to box this thing up and ship it back. When I called customer service, they promptly sent me a new one. No need to return the damaged one, as it isn't cost effective to return it. I was relieved not to have to schlepp it back to UPS. They asked me to donate the first one, which I will do. Great customer service!!”

“So far, the dealings with Display2Go have been good (except for the 3rd party shipment company that shipped well past their expected and scheduled time frame of 3 hours as well as requesting a lift-gate when it was not needed). I'm expecting my refund on the shipments soon, so I'll hold it my 2 stars for now.”

“When I ordered online, the video shows differently than what I received. The lady keep on telling me that underneath the video stated something that it only shows the brightness. But I did not see that writing below the video. The only thing I saw below the video was the description and product details. So in short the video was misleading because I thought that was what I was going to get. I want to change it to the one just like what is shown in the video but the lady told me I will have to pay for the return shipping cost. I am not saying I will return it without buying another one. All I was asking is to offer free return shipping to change to the right open sign that I want. My husband and I are very disappointed with our experience with your company. It would have been better that there was no video showing at all not to confuse the customers.”

“I purchased the dual monitor stand and received it within three days of my order. Everything from the order process to receipt of the merchandise was a great experience. The stand was very easy to put together and attach to my furniture. The price on the dual monitor display unit was much less expensive than others as I always shop around, not just for the best price, but for the customer services as well. Would definitely recommend Displays2go to my friends (and have).”

“I had trouble finding a wall mount that would match my television. Not only did 'Displays2go' educate me on finding the correct mounting pattern but they delivered the rack I ordered when they said. At first all the pieces were a bit overwhelming, but the instructions were clear (plain language (English)) and within a couple hours and very little help from my wife (to lift the TV onto the mount) we were watching TV from a very different and better perspective. 100% satisfied”

“After asking what my shipment status was, they finally got back to me a week after my order was placed letting me know my shipment was damaged and my order was cancelled. I asked for the order to be placed again, but they refused, stating "they had a new computer system" and it would not be possible to re-order, despite the fact that the item was readily available for order online.”

“Our hotel was shopping for a poster stand to use in the Restaurant. I found what we needed on your website and it was very reasonable. I ordered and the item came very quickly. If I have a need in the future, I will look here first. The sign looks awesome!”

“We ordered a display to advertise our new optical specials. I didn't want to get a chalkboard easel because I thought it wouldn't look professional enough for our office. The easel we purchased from Displays2go looks so nice and is very nicely constructed. We matched our paint colors, the ordering and delivery was great and we're very satisfied with the product.”

“Hello. I read your artwork requirements and they were out dated. For instance you say you put a white box around the logo but you actually do not do that anymore. I am a graphic designer and I had to change my design based off your requirements. I also don't think it's fair to charge for artwork resubmission after 2 tries.”

“The Acrylic Ballot Box w/ 5 x 7 Header & Lock - Clear is a great choice with great features. The 3" x 5" x 3" box will hold a sufficient amount of cash through a generously sized slot on top. The unit has a lock with two keys, AND, there's a small hole drilled in the bottom of the sturdy frame to put a cable or lock to secure the box against theft. The large 5" x 7" display leaves more than ample room to put your message out there to tell people about your cause. Acrylic is also a great material that is stronger than most plastics. I'd highly recommend this to any organization that wants to collect donations and be safe and secure as well.”

“*Didn't send an email to confirm shipment *Refused to cancel/exchange an order claiming it had already shipped *I called UPS to refuse delivery: they shipped THREE BOXES so it ony refused one and had to send two more back *Have not refunded me (STOLE MY MONEY) for the order I did not want DO NOT do business with this garbage company!! They have atrocious customer service!”

“The case was a little lighter in weight than I thought it would be. As a result, during our shipping to a west coast conference, the case was damaged in such a way that we cannot use it. I believe that we will have to purchase a pelican case.”

“I was going to order 5 small display racks that weigh maybe a few ounces each, but shipping came to almost $40!! I had to settle on one rack to lower overall cost. I understand thes are bulky, but tjere pretty much stackable so the cost to ship 5 shouldnt have been that much more than to mail just one. I think you meed to re evaluate how you charge shipping for multiple orders”
