“The item took a week to get here, and in two separate shipments. They actually do not process and ship orders after like 2pm. In this day and age, they should ship same day and serve the customer. Item was also bent when arrived, poor packing. No way am I sending it back, might take 2 weeks.”

“Easy to install on the outside of the toolshed. Put 2x4 blocking inside, between studs, so it could be centered. Leveled a temporary ledger board to set it on and attached using longer screws than those provided. Removed the ledger board. Looks great and works very nicely.”

“I tried to order a custom table runner and ended up having to cancel the order because they were wanting to print on a vinyl and affix to the runner. Fine - if you want to go the cheap route, it just wasn't what I needed and wasn't clear from the description. Ended up ordering some other things that came quickly, as described.”

“The shipment came super fast within a day or two. Came so fast I hadn't even realized till the day after. The unit was just as displayed very well packaged and easy to put together. Podium is now erect and is being used on a weekly basis.”

“VERY easy to deal with. My order was mailed promptly. The purchase was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. It arrived promptly and in good condition. The items I bought were very reasonably priced and very good quality - especially for the price paid. I would have no hesitation to use these folks again.”

“Loved the iPad stands but unfortunately the package did not ship on the agreed upon date and we missed having the stands for half of our tradeshow. I had called repeatedly to confirm the shipping date and paid extra for next day air only to get the package a day late. What was even more disappointing is that I had to catch the error and call multiple times to get in touch with someone to confirm the late shipping date.”

“Service was immediate, packaging was fantastic, order arrived quickly and with zero damage. The frame was exactly what I was looking for and a great price, but upon receiving it I noticed the wood had a few very noticeable dollops of hot glue from construction that are hard to overlook. Otherwise, the frame and its hardware seem well-made. I would use this site again.”

“I have been a customer for Displys2go for many years. Great products, nice selection, and almost always in-stock. I just wish shipping rates reflected actual shipping costs. Recently I paid over $30 in shipping costs for something that does not weigh much and is small in size. Not sure how shipping is calculated, but i know I could ship same product for less than half by Priority Mail. UPDATE! Thanks displays2go for adjusting my shipping to actual rate and explaining why it occured. Great service, 5 stars!”
