“I'm using this to display a large chalkboard at my wedding and it's the perfect size! While it was easy to assemble I would have appreciated some instructions. Also, the adjustable pegs are free-moving, so you need to measure their heights to make sure they're level. Overall, great for the price!”

“I went to Displays2go to buy a flag case for my father's flag for his service in World War II. After my dad's death, we merely placed his flag in a plastic bag, not really knowing about the ability to display it as a treasured keepsake, of his service to his country. Later, after my own service, I saw that there was a way to display it, in a flag case. I looked at a lot of cases on the Internet, but none of them has the value or beauty of the case on sale at Displays2go! When it came, it fully met, and even exceeded all my expectations. “This display was very difficult to assemble and came with inadequate instructions. The part that holds the poster is nearly impossible to install. We've been at this for two days. The two rolls of plastic that serve as the holder for a poster are supposed to snap together but do not. So no easy way to get the poster in there, let alone change it. The curved design is sleek looking but makes the poster part very difficult. Some of the aluminum framing is rough around the edges, if I ran my hand down it, it would cut the skin. For the price, I would not recommend.”

“The stand arrived packed so poorly I couldn't believe it. One strip of tape on an oversized box, with the stand inside, in two other boxes bouncing around. Box was split open and not good. The stand itself had the wrong fasteners and I had to get my own to assemble it. Scratches here and there. All metal and fairly stable. Wouldn't buy it again and would not recommend this stand to anyone.”

“I placed my order on Fri, Jun 24th (Order # 101516097). I still have not received any follow-up on when it will be shipped. When I go to the tracking # from the original order, it still says "Status: Processing". Why would an order that's over a week old still be "Processing" with no ETA on delivery?”

“still have not finished set up - but had problem with 1 part broken - called and they (WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED) immediately shipped out replacement parts - will set up next week Cannot say what a pleasure it is working with someone who actually stands behind their product”

“My experience with Displays2go was excellent from start to finish. The website was user friendly, the ordering process was smooth, the quality of the merchandise was better than expected with a really good price and the shipping was incredibly rapid. It took only 3 days to receive my delivery from Connecticut to Louisiana. Without reservations I will order from them again and the same goes for recommending others to give them a shot! John”

“I can't tell you how pleased I was with the customer service I received when trying to order a TV mount. Debbie took the time to explain to me (very patiently) how to convert mm into inches so I would be able to order the correct size. We had to do our corresponding on chat or email because I am deaf, and she took that into consideration when emailing me. She was able to help me get the correct TV mount ordered and I will be ordering another one for another TV soon. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. Just superb!!”

“My display is supposed to be for a cupcake holder. It's a semi-circle with multiple levels. The product itself is very sturdy and will be able to maintain the weight of the cupcakes placed on it. The packaging protected the frame from breaking. And there is a protective plastic on the glass to prevent any scratching. All and all I'm happy with my product.”

“I had a time sensitive order for my business and I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received. The customer service rep even let me know about a 10% off coupon that I was unaware of when she assisted me with my order. My frames were shipped out the morning after my order and I had them in plenty of time for my event. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the frames and my client loved them. I am very picky about quality and not selling anything to my clients that doesn't look top notch. Displays2go totally delivered. I am already planning my second order. “The automated process was great and the end product was perfect. Excellent quality. We needed expedited delivery and they managed to come through a day early. Our "art group representative" was miserable and treated our art director like a kindergartener. I got the feeling that because we delayed approval 1 day, that she was secretly hoping we wouldn't make our deadline. But they came through a day early, which I'm sure was production and not "art." I would use them again, but request a different representative.”
