“I had an issue were I accidentally ordered the wrong display, I emailed them and they changed my order right away and it was delivered just a few days later.”

“The automated process was great and the end product was perfect. Excellent quality. We needed expedited delivery and they managed to come through a day early. Our "art group representative" was miserable and treated our art director like a kindergartener. I got the feeling that because we delayed approval 1 day, that she was secretly hoping we wouldn't make our deadline. But they came through a day early, which I'm sure was production and not "art." I would use them again, but request a different representative.”

“Online order was uneventful. Shipping was quick and well packaged. Assembly was easy, all hardware and rudimentary tools were included. Instructions had a small bug, but nothing that couldn't be quickly overcome. Customer service was patient and polite. Help Desk was quick with helpful responses. Definitely remember them for future purchases.”

“This suggestion box is nice, but wall-mount installation wasn't great due to poor design. The hoIes on the wall-mount used to hang on two screws are in a vertical line and protrude, so that the box wobbles from side-to-side when hung. I had to improve on the design to make it work: I had to bevel the screw hooks on the wall-mount so that they were flush. This box is not recommended unless you're willing to spend at least 1 hour extra labor, or you can be satisfied with a wobbly box on the wall.”

“A university department chair brought me the catalogue with the item they selected. I found the product on the website with clear production instruction and downloadable templates. Had a couple questions, so used the chat feature and got my answers. When the final artwork was uploaded my assigned service manager provided personal assistance to get the product produced. We are waiting to see the final product, but know it will be awesome because Displays2go has the touch-points covered! Great experience. Thank you.”

“not happy with the product. 1. S-hooks & chains are not included. the company should have in the paragraph to let customers know, not the bottom paragraph. why they called "Ceiling Hanging" but didn't come with the hanging? 2. the products are leak quality 3. the hooks are so small, cant handle well if the poster has even light weight. 4. the edge plastics for 4 sides of the aluminum. it is very bad. it doesn't work good at all.”

“One of the stands was broken in the package. The package itself was not damaged, so it was placed inside already broken. I am from another country (Canada), so it is too much of an inconvenience to return.”

“The entire experience was seamless. Unfortunately, the description and the actual items were not what I expected. This is not a fault factor, but maybe I didn't completely read and comprehend the description or the description was too vague? Anyway, easy on all fronts to purchase, now it's on it's way back for credit.”

“I bought the nail polish display that holds about 55 bottles, depending on bottle size. I like OPI so it is ideal for me. I set it on my counter but it can easily be hung on the wall. I love it. My clients love it because it is clear so it allows them to see the full polish color in the light as opposed to being on a shelf with dark behind it. Highly recommend, superior packaging & fast shipping!”

“My New York City apartment kitchen has next to no available shelf or wall space to put a little TV, so I wanted a movable TV stand I could roll around the floor. This product is sturdy and attractive, in a sort of industrial, utilitarian sense. From the moment I unboxed it I could tell it's a sturdy, welI-built product, with cast metal parts that have some heft to them. I expect it to last for years. The fact that the price was so reasonable, given the quality, really surprised me. I'm very happy with this purchase.”

“Nice display board and decent quality. The only issue we had is that we wanted to mount sideways so we could have two letter size papers hanging. Not a huge issue to accomplish, but one only gets six magnets with the board, so it looks slightly awkward.”

“I ordered a set of 50 table number stands to be used at my wedding and at my sister's wedding. They did not stand! When we opened the package and stuck a number in (3x5 inch cardstock) it tipped right over and did not stand up. This was on a table, and they were even more unsteady on the tablecloth that will be used at a wedding. I can't believe a displays company would design and sell and stand that does not stand! Embarrassing. I should have known the price was too good to be true, we have sent this item back.”

“Our genealogy club desperately needed a lectern for years. The only storage space our group has is a narrow and not particularly deep cupboard. The room is shared by other clubs. When I saw the ad for a collapsible lectern, I measured the storage area. It would fit fine. We ordered it, and everyone was pleased at our meeting this week. It is now folded fitting easily in the cupboard until the next monthly meeting.”
