My return was received in their depot on 31st July. It took until 6th Sept to refund it. You can't get an answer to anything about returns it's all automated and not helpful. I had purchased through Klarna and as DLSB wouldn't acknowledge my return due to how slow they are, I still had to pay for the dress while it was sitting in their depot "waiting to be checked" before it was finally refunded. It has put me off ordering from them again. It's too expensive to have your money tied up that long.

Clothes are lovely but now on day 27 of returning first lot if items and still no refund.Contacted them several times now only to be told there's a backlog. No offer to waive return postage as a way of apology for the lengthy time of refund. I am contacting my bank in a couple of days if i dont receive my refund as this is unacceptable.

Absolutely agree with these reviews, what a mistake, still awaiting a refund of £70 from 6 weeks ago and again getting generic replies wouldn’t be surprised iif the company goes bust. Cheap items for expensive money and the company run in the same way. Avoid them at all costs There must be a way of getting a refund as per the goods and services act. I would never ever buy from this company again and I would never recommend them

Clearly the company is in trouble financially because there’s no other reason to withhold all of these refunds from customers. Will never order from here again, terrible attitude to have towards customers

Waiting and waiting and waiting for MONTHS to get a refund they received my items on august the 5th! I am still waiting to receive my money! With no response from them just genetic/auto messages absolutely no apology from a human! I received an email 3 days ago saying that they and issued a refund but I still haven't received any money whatsoever!! I'm disgusted and left out of pocket GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!! I believe they leave people so long without refunds so that their accounts gain interest they a SHAM and Shelly Cuttings the owner needs to rethink her career ! Terrible customer service, terrible prices and terrible refund policy! Lies upon lies. ALL has been reported to trading standards I will not stop till I get my money back from these thieves!

Still waiting on a refund from 6 weeks weeks ago! Even though I had to pay to return the item also? When contacting them I get the generic ‘we’re selling more so of course there’s more returns’ response…. If you can’t keep up with the amount of returns you shouldn’t be selling so much! Or hire more staff! It’s not the consumers problem. Waiting well over the 21-days noted on their website (which is also ridiculous).

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst returns policy, I think basically the policy is you can return your items but we won't refund the money. Endless reviews with the same experience. I wish I'd have read these sooner

Flab received my returns on 9th August and I still haven’t received my money! It is now 13 September! How come the person who owns this company Shelly Cutting does not do anything about this?

I'm on week 6 of waiting for my refund over £400 the Customer service is shocking I have chased and all I get is we working through July return and to wait !!! We are now nearly mid September all items went back as nothing fitted don't bother ordering from here

AVOID this company. Im waiting on a refund for 2 dresses I sent back. Been waiting a month & still nothing. I have the email to say they received the dressed but it doesnt take a month to issue a refund. They don't reply to your emails & they remove any negative reviews from Facebook! I will never use this company again. AVOID!

I will never order from DLSB again. It is a disgrace! Sent a dress back in July and they havr acknowledged receiving it on 22nd July. I STILL have not had a refund. AVOID!

I am waiting 30 days and still haven’t received my refund if £166.00. The customer service us shocking and your returns policy obviously is incorrect Never use this site again

Returned an item in July and still waiting for my refund to be processed! A generic reply is all I get when I try to make contact. I am waiting refunds for 3 separate orders totalling £100. This is a complete shambles for returns especially when their policy states it can take up to 21 days during busier periods. Stay clear of this company.

I have ordered once off this website and it’s actually the grimmest in terms of quality and service. I sent everything back and they confirmed receipt of my return on 29 July. It’s now September and I’ve not been refunded. The clothes are cheap and tacky looking, SHEIN provide a better quality and a better service than these clowns.

There’s no way to contact the company, and they advertise that refunds are issued within 7-14 working days, or 21 working days during particularly busy periods. I’ve long exceeded this and received nothing. This company are holding £100 of mine that I have no way of getting back until they feel like it. Yet, are pushing for further sales of their items across all platforms as they have the staff to take your money but not to issue it back to you. I will surely NEVER shop here again.

Disgraceful refund time! It’s now 29 WORKING days since I sent my parcel back, I’ve sent 5 emails asking for it to be chased up and had NO response what so ever. An absolute mess. I’ll never order from this company again please keep in mind how bad the return process is before purchasing! X
