Absolutely shocking company I have been waiting weeks for a refund, and judging by the other comments I won’t be receiving one. Avoid at all cost i certainly will be!!

I bought two dresses beginning of July, I paid £4 next day delivery. I returned them a few days later. They received the dresses and have had both dresses for over a month now. I’ve emailed them numerous times and they’ve said they’re so busy and have a backlog of returns to get through. They now don’t reply to me. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for any refund and still waiting. I wished I’d read these reviews before I ordered from DSLB. I will never use them again. The worst customer service ever.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with DLSB. I ordered a dress but when it arrived it was the wrong colour and also faulty. I contacted customer services with photographic evidence immediately hoping to resolve the issue quickly. However, their response was far from satisfactory. Not only did they take days to respond, they refused to acknowledge the fault. Instead they suggested I return the product for evalutaion upon which they'd decide if they'd offer a refund. I returned the dress with full Royal Mail tracking details and to this day they have not acknowledged receiving it even though I have evidence they did on the 21st June 2024. I had no option but to open a Paypal dispute against them to get my money back. I would never use this company again and suggest you don't either. The company is a complete scam.

Purchased thankfully just one dress on 4 June 2024. Returned after 2 days. Email from this company to say they had received the item. Now it’s 9 weeks on and still no refund and no reply to request to investigate. Not good enough,

Same as the other reviews on here. Waiting now over 21 working days for my refund that was received and confirmed by them 25 working days ago. Again no response from them at all when emailing. Awful customer service . I did keep some of my order as they were a perfect fit but the ones that didn’t suit me I returned and sadly this returns delay and zero communication massively lets them down.

Returned an item on 9/5/24 . Received an email to say my return had been received. And I still have not received any refund. I have emailed numerous times. Your customer service is shocking . You never answer my emails I’m getting very frustrated by this

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely apalling customer service. Shellie cutting the OWNER blocked me after chasing on emails and facebook messenger for over 5 weeks! Went to paypal with evidence and they are still refusing to refund me even after admitting to receiving the items back. Cheap quality for the price of the items. Stay clear of this company!!! I have gone to the ombudsmen and trading standards now. They havent even signed up to any complaint schemes like they should do, what a surprise! No refund has been given so i cant give option on that. No communication has been given so i cant give a option on that either.

Bad Customer service.On the 8.04.2024 we returned two items.and have unfortunately lost the original order number.We were asked to send a copy of the returns slips,which we have done.The second week of may we recieved a refund for one of the items.Its now the 26.06.2024 and we are still waiting the second item to be refunded.We have requested the contact details for there head office for the past few weeks without success.We will no longer be using there services again.

Do not order from here they don’t refund for way over their refund policy of 21 days, they do not reply to emails or messages via Facebook, they send automated responses not even answering your query and they’ve now sent me a refund for only one item and I returned 2 items in the same parcel so I now have to wait weeks for a response and it probably won’t get resolved! Never again sort your returns process out it’s shocking

A place I will NEVER shop on again the longest day I live. Appalling refund waiting times and short 2.70 into the bargain. Clothes are cheap tat sold on temu at fraction of the price. Avoid this sham of a company!

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL COMPANY!! DIDN'T RECEIVE 1 OUT OF THE 4 DRESSES I ORDERED AND I THEN WENT ON TO RETURN THE 3 I DID RECEIVE AS THEY WERE SUCH POOR QUALITY. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL FROM THEM AND THEY JUST IGNORE YOU HAD TO GET PAYPAL TO STEP IN TO REFUND ME AS I WAS WAITING A MONTH AND STILL NO REFUND ON THE £200 THAT THEY HAD OF MY MONEY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS....

Refunds absolutely shocking. Had to email them as refund hadn't shown on credit card. They said oh we can see we have refunded you. Yeah, just 8 minutes before they sent that email. Won't be using them again.

If I could give DLSB a zero score I would. Whilst there website indicates a 14 day refund policy. This is far from the truth. Despite returning a number of items a month ago, I have only just received a refund afte multiple chasing. Clearly, you need to get the basics right by practicing what you state on your website. I will not be ordering again.

Ordered March 23rd 2024, received item March 30th 2024 returned 9th April 2024 and the return was registered on April 16th. It is now May 21st and no refund although account says refunded cannot get hold of the company all emails are generated saying same thing no social media posts answered, no contact number avoid this company at all costs it's shocking!! I'm £60 down and I even paid for my own return.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SH*T SCAMMING COMPANY … 18/05/2024 0 Stars !! my returned items were received 24 April, I’m still waiting for my £77 refund … and I’m not alone … they’re obviously hanging on to everyone’s money with the excuse they are busy with refunds (which if true speaks for itself !) this must be against the law !!

Bought a dress in 2 sizes thinking one would fit and I'd return the other. This was the case but the style wasn't for me so I returned both. Received confirmation of my return being received after several days, only to be told my refund can take 21+ days?!?!?! Absolutely appalling!!! I am now over £100 out of pocket and still nothing to wear! Disgusting. Real shame as the dresses are actually really nice!

Shocking customer service. Returned an item and had to keep chasing for my refund. Kept saying they were very busy and my return was in a queue. Turns out over 6 weeks later that they hadn’t actually received my return at all. I managed to track it myself but as it had taken so long, my item had been donated to charity. I have complained but all I get is an apology and they can’t refund me as they haven’t received my item. Doesn’t matter that they told me it was in a queue. So now I have no dress and no money! Disgraceful. Will never use again. If they’d told me they hadn’t received it, I could have got my item back!
