I returned them a few days later. They received the dresses and have had both dresses for over a month now. “I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with DLSB. I ordered a dress but when it arrived it was the wrong colour and also faulty. I contacted customer services with photographic evidence immediately hoping to resolve the issue quickly. However, their response was far from satisfactory. Not only did they take days to respond, they refused to acknowledge the fault. Instead they suggested I return the product for evalutaion upon which they'd decide if they'd offer a refund.
I returned the dress with full Royal Mail tracking details and to this day they have not acknowledged receiving it even though I have evidence they did on the 21st June 2024. I had no option but to open a Paypal dispute against them to get my money back. I would never use this company again and suggest you don't either. The company is a complete scam.”

“Bad Customer service.On the 8.04.2024 we returned two items.and have unfortunately lost the original order number.We were asked to send a copy of the returns slips,which we have done.The second week of may we recieved a refund for one of the items.Its now the 26.06.2024 and we are still waiting the second item to be refunded.We have requested the contact details for there head office for the past few weeks without success.We will no longer be using there services again.”

Whilst there website indicates a 14 day refund policy. This is far from the truth. Despite returning a number of items a month ago, I have only just received a refund afte multiple chasing. Clearly, you need to get the basics right by practicing what you state on your website. I will not be ordering again.”
