“Ordered March 23rd 2024, received item March 30th 2024 returned 9th April 2024 and the return was registered on April 16th.
It is now May 21st and no refund although account says refunded cannot get hold of the company all emails are generated saying same thing no social media posts answered, no contact number avoid this company at all costs it's shocking!! I'm £60 down and I even paid for my own return.”

“Bought a dress in 2 sizes thinking one would fit and I'd return the other. This was the case but the style wasn't for me so I returned both. Received confirmation of my return being received after several days, only to be told my refund can take 21+ days?!?!?! Absolutely appalling!!! I am now over £100 out of pocket and still nothing to wear! Disgusting. Real shame as the dresses are actually really nice!”
“Shocking customer service. Returned an item and had to keep chasing for my refund. Kept saying they were very busy and my return was in a queue. Turns out over 6 weeks later that they hadn’t actually received my return at all. I managed to track it myself but as it had taken so long, my item had been donated to charity. I have complained but all I get is an apology and they can’t refund me as they haven’t received my item. Doesn’t matter that they told me it was in a queue. So now I have no dress and no money! Disgraceful. Will never use again. If they’d told me they hadn’t received it, I could have got my item back!”
“DO NOT BUY! Returned a dress as their system didn’t recognise my order number. Postage was £8.95 to ensure tracked. They then deducted a further £2.99 for postage! Have emailed 4 times and get standard auto response saying my order has been refunded! Still no mention of refunding my postage!”
“I will never ever purchase from this online store again. I returned my dress on the 25th of March - luckily had tracking through Royal Mail. I still haven’t had a refund and it is now May. I will tell all of my friends and family about the terrible service. Do we go to the ombudsman? I think so!”

I received my order for the cost of £52.49 on the 16/03/2024 and the item did not suit me so I returned this on the 19/03/2024 and I'm still waiting for a refund. the only way of contact is via email which I have done and you get a auto email response.
In the mean time I placed another order as I was desperate to find an outfit for a wedding I was attending, So I placed an order on the 21/03/2024 for a dress, belt and shoes for the cost of £94.97 to which I received a parcel 27/03/2024 to which within the parcel only obtained a box of the shoes. NO BELT OR DRESS. I emailed DLSB straight away and there response was that is there any damage to the package. which I replied to with photo of the packaging which did have brown tape around it. they have put a request into royal mail for this. but I should get my refund for these lost items.
I have also retuned the shoes yesterday 08/04/2024 as I did not get to wear them for the wedding as I didn't have the rest of the outfit, so I'm sure ill being wating months to see if I get any of my money back.
Please do not use this company unless you want to loose your money.”

“Terrible company, I returned an item has to pay return fee in advance most companies deduct from your refund. Returned Item was received by company on 26/2/2023 , it is now the 8/3/2023 and I have not received my refund.
when I complained at the length of time I had to wait I was informed that company very busy so wait may be longer .”
“I can’t even get my head around how bad the returns and refunds process is and only wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I purchased various items and a few didn’t fit/didn't suit so I returned them the same day.
2 weeks later I emailed to query if they’d received them as I’d heard nothing. I got a big standard response saying they’re busy and don’t always send emails confirming returns or refunds. Sorry, what??! How is that ok? I was also informed that they’re currently processing returns from a MONTH AGO and once they get to mine it could take 21 days for the refund. So SEVEN WEEKS in total!!
So I’ll potentially get no refund for seven weeks and zero communication on the matter and will just have to keep checking my account up until mid April then have to chase again. Diabolical customer service. Surely if you’re expanding a business to take plenty of peoples hard earned money and send items, you should also account for the increase in returns? Clearly not with DLSB.”
