Really poor quality, holes, threads hanging off, not finished off properly.
They blame there suppliers.
Still no refunds and have emailed numerous times and it's extremely obvious they are not even reading them and sending the most rubbish responses.

The actual dresses I ordered were quite nice, but I returned them in September, they received the items in October and I was still chasing the refund in December. In the end I had to go through my bank to get a refund as DLSB were non-responsive or completely unhelpful. Funnily enough, a day after my bank refunded me on their behalf they contacted me and offered a refund but stated I had to reverse the bank transfer. I refused as it took me 3 months to see that money! I will never buy anything from them again.”
