“I placed an order for 4 quick cool towels which 1. I assume were actual TOWELS and 2. assumed I'd receive the colors I ordered (see photo below). Not only are they tiny neck wraps, but I received 4 of the wrong colors. I had to pay $8 to return their mistake. After 5-7 emails, why D&B wouldn't give me free return shipping is beyond me. I will NOT purchase again.”

“The stitching is not the best which means that some of the sides have already ripped. Also the fabric while absorbent is not warm when you’re trying to warm up after getting out of the water. They are certainly gorgeous to look at.”

“Item received was NOT brand new - it was make up stained - not very. nice to open on Christmas Day . Received a free replacement although this was not in the colour I ordered as it had gone out of stock . Quality not as good as the hype in general- bog standard - wouldn’t order again . 😑”

“I got a eco gym towel, the stitching looks very cheap and messy. There are some sections where the hem has come undone and I haven't even used the towel yet. Pretty disappointing for the price.”

“Just been to Florida and brought your towels and also “cooling” towels. The towels are good but the cooling towels do not stay any cooler than a tea towel I was soo disappointed in them!”

“Frankly, very disappointing. Terry towelling much more absorbent, though admittedly not as fast to dry out after use. I liked the size which easily fitted around my unhealthily large body, allowing me full privacy to change shorts on the beach. But absorbency is disappointingly very poor. Therefore I cannot, in all honesty, recommend them, especially at their pricing.”

“The towels looked great and fresh on the first day but as the days went on the towels looked grubby. Freshened the towels up by rinsing in the hotel bath, mainly to removed the sand that these towels claim to shake off. Got home washed the towels as per instructions but towels are still very stained. Really disappointed as they’re not cheap!”

“Really disappointed with this product. I bought 5 one for each member of the family. Great as a blanket for the beach but did not dry my children very well and the towel definitely did not dry quickly. Only used two of them unfortunately removed tags and unwrapped other wise I would of returned. Look great though!”

“Very fast shipping. Bought a set of 6 for a family beach vacation. The colors are vibrant and look nice. The carry pouches are nice. I bought the XL size and really like that size. Didn't like the towels. Even the kids complained that they "didn't work". They really don't dry your body off. Once you do try to use them, they would not dry, some were still wet the next day. We ended up using the regular hotel provided pool towels. Sand did seem to brush of easily and I can see using them as picnic blankets, maybe.”

“Great product. Mix up of my order. Ordered on the 16th September did not receive until 4 October. I ordered three towels and only received two. Feeling disappointed.”
