“excellent product. shameful delivery times..a tip: change hermes, super late delivery at the wrong address .... i had taken the towels for the 2020 holidays .... i left without new towels ... disappointed..correct the times delivery .... 16 days ... did the sheets swim? sin ... if I knew so I would not buy them”

“I ordered 2 hair towels and got a shipping confirmation in a decent amount of time. Still after a few days of receiving my tracking info there was still no updates. I reached out to the customer service team. It took them a couple days to reply and they told me I was provided with Australia tracking and that shouldn’t have happened. I was told my information was sent to the fulfillment department and they would update me with the correct tracking. It has been 4 days since that response and I still do not have tracking and do not know where my order is or if it is still coming. My order was placed 10 days ago and I received my shipping information the same day. I was excited about the product but am very disappointed in the customer support.”

“We used the towels. Unfortunately we did not like them. They were not soft, as everyone else said, and they were quite cold when getting out of the pool. It did not keep my son warm when he got out of the pool at all. For the cost, I am very disappointed.”

“Quite strange. Not a “pleasant” drying experience. Firstly the positives, they look great, dry very quickly and take up hardly any space. The downside: it feels really odd, the towel sticks to you like a wet t-shirt and isn’t very pleasant. After a couple of uses I found myself getting out of the shower and reaching for a normal towel, even if it’s still a bit damp from earlier, rather than the Dock & Bay one. It’s now gone to its new home in the airing cupboard unlikely to be used again.”

“Dries fast and sand does not stick! However, the towel blows everywhere when it’s windy on the beach. Make sure you anchor all 4 corners appropriately. Sand will get on your towel if not anchored and then it becomes a bother to wipe off. Sand wipes off easily as stated. If it’s not a windy day on the beach, I’m sure this towel would be stellar! I have yet to experience a non-windy day at the beach. I feel as if a regular towel would be a better option.”

“I wish I could tell you how much my daughter loved her birthday present, but her birthday came and went without a delivery. I suggest you use USPS, as they are much more consistent. I am a business owner and send hundreds of packages and USPS delivers on time. I have had a message from UPS that my package was out for delivery, yet it never came, then an email it was rescheduled for two days later. It is now two days later at 4pm with no delivery. I may love your product if it ever gets here!”

“I love the idea of a compact towel that’s easy to transport. I don’t think I would buy these again though. They are thin, blow in the wind when placed on your chair, and it’s rather cold to dry off with. I knew they would be thin but I didn’t realize how thin. It’s basically a napkin.”

“Its just too light, like paper. At 21 pound I was hoping for more than a very large tea towel. However I guess this is why itll dry quickly, theres not much to dry. No use in the wind though”
