“I focused so much on the “sand resistant” feature of this towel that I lost the detail of what this “towel” is made of. It’s basically an oversized microfiber towel that I use in the kitchen for cleaning. It’s thin, sure, because it’s a thin piece of microfiber. Somehow I expected a real towel that was a blended microfiber. If you travel a lot, I suppose this would do the trick. But I don’t want to sacrifice quality for space in my beach bag. There are plenty of other options these days for “sand resistant towels.” Don’t waste your money on this one. And yes, I lost money, because I had to pay $8 in shipping to return this.”

“Unfortunately it does not work as it states. Maybe mine is faulty but definitely did not keep me cool while training outdoors. I wouldn't bother.”

“The masks I ordered were too big to fit on my face - they fell down to my chest. Dock and bay sent a size down, which fitted, but were poorly made; the hem of one can't lose within a few hours of wearing it. The only reason I give them 2 stars not 1, is because their customer service was good. Their masks are shoddy quality, and in my opinion they should remove this product from sales until they have improved it.”

“I was very disappointed with the face mask. It doesn't fit well and it was made in China. I've looked back on the web site and it does say in the small print that it was made in China but I assumed with the company's emphasis on ethics that they wouldn't be manufacturing in China. I have previously bought a towel from Dock & Bay and that came with a mark on it. I didn't bother complaining as it washed off but I'm going to give up on them now.”

“I love Dock & Bay but on this occasion the face masks are not great. Very thick so hard to breathe with and also hard for people to understand what you are saying with them on. I contacted dock & bay to let them know and their customer service was as usual fantastic.”

“Disappointed with the face masks. They are very large and do not have adjustable straps which means I cannot get them to fit and can’t return them for hygiene reasons. Amazingly quick delivery though.”

“Was very disappointed with the 5 adult and 2 children’s face masks. Was expecting to be in soft towelling material. They are all very small and not easy to breath through, waste of £44, very very disappointed.”

“excellent product. shameful delivery times..a tip: change hermes, super late delivery at the wrong address .... i had taken the towels for the 2020 holidays .... i left without new towels ... disappointed..correct the times delivery .... 16 days ... did the sheets swim? sin ... if I knew so I would not buy them”

“I ordered 2 hair towels and got a shipping confirmation in a decent amount of time. Still after a few days of receiving my tracking info there was still no updates. I reached out to the customer service team. It took them a couple days to reply and they told me I was provided with Australia tracking and that shouldn’t have happened. I was told my information was sent to the fulfillment department and they would update me with the correct tracking. It has been 4 days since that response and I still do not have tracking and do not know where my order is or if it is still coming. My order was placed 10 days ago and I received my shipping information the same day. I was excited about the product but am very disappointed in the customer support.”

“We used the towels. Unfortunately we did not like them. They were not soft, as everyone else said, and they were quite cold when getting out of the pool. It did not keep my son warm when he got out of the pool at all. For the cost, I am very disappointed.”
