“Very please with the prices on Black Friday! Part of my item was sized wrong but I found it difficult to contact customer services to inform them they way the web page advises you to! I had to contact them a different way and then the problem was resolved. I couldn’t find a telephone number!”

“I was pleased to be able to buy from (and support) a small company. After a hitch with the delivery (it didn't turn up) Dock & Bay sorted it out quickly and the goods arrived. Was really chuffed with them - beautifully presented and I think my friends will be very pleased with their gifts. I'm not a fan of the 'style' of sending emails with lots of emojis in, particularly when you're making a complaint about the non-arrival of a package, but that's probably just me! I'm thrilled with the items I purchased (hair wraps) and how they're beautifully presented in boxes. I hope to use the company again”

“Leased with quality of products, hair towel is amazing very quick wicking and dries fast. Towel comes in nice little cloth bag but hair towel overpackaged in unnecessary cardboard box.”

“Love the brand and the products, especially the hair wraps. Beach towels are good - they dry really quickly and take up little space, but very difficult to keep clean! My blue and white towel is now more blue and beige after spending time at the beach...”
