“It was ok, delivery did not arrive so had to chase it, tracking link did not work but they dealt with it well and offered replacement goods at no extra cost and on express delivery, trouble was they were out of stock of the towels I wanted but I made a choice and am happy now goods arrived as one was a present. Bit stressful having to wait and chase up but they have been very professional and polite in dealing with it. Think they are a victim of the poor Royal Mail service at the moment so may should stick with couriers as the replacement order was delivered very quickly.”

“One star less as delivery took almost 2wks, compared to previous orders, so apprehensive to order again for Christmas. Parcel was completely open & not secure. Quite amazed all items were still in paper bag.”

“Four stars because no matter how good you are, there is always room for improvement. However, I am struggling to find fault with this company. Quality of goods are superior even the packaging it came in. Service from easy ordering to fast delivery was brilliant. I have not had to deal with any after sales service so can’t comment on that. From my experiences so far of twice purchasing sets of towels, I can say I will definitely make more orders. Thank you for making the online experience so straight forward.”
