“Very impressed by your swift response. Being without a washing machine in a home where there is a sick person is really difficult. I explained my situation to D&G and to the company and they fast tracked the replacement. Thank you.”

“We found that Domestic and General were very helpful in dealing with our old Fridge freezer, the engineer visited us twice to try and fix the fault. We were then informed very quickly Thetford it could not be repaired so a new replacement was offered and delivered very quickly. Excellent service very pleased with the outcome.”

“Engineer sent a timely text, when he was on his way to my property as promised in the previous day email. Found various issues with the fridge freezer that he had come to repair. Carried all the spare parts that were required to effect the repairs. A very busy 2 hours and I was kept up-to-date as to what and why actions were being carried out. Hopefully the issues have been sorted, as this was the third time that this appliance has required the attention of an engineer in the last 3 years. The appliance is now working as intended and hopefully will continue to do so.”
