D&G were exceptionally efficient when advised our washing machine could not be repaired. There was no quibbling over the claim and we received full support and guidance from excellent members of staff who helped us through the process. Likewise the delivery of a replacement machine was timely and efficient.

I had an integrated fridge on a maintenance contract with D&G. After many years it faltered. D&G sent a technician to repair it, but unfortunately the problem remained. Another technician visited and advised that it was unrepairable. Without haste, D&G made me an offer to replace it with a brand new fridge and presented me with a selection to choose from. I (my wife) made a good choice from that selection and, very soon after, that replacement arrived. We are very pleased with that replacement fridge. The only downside was having to get a contractor to install the new fridge, who charged £70. I am happy with the service we received from D&G.

TERRIBLE Service 5 weeks later, 2 damaged replacements, 1 forgotten on the lorry STILL NO REPLACEMENT!!! TO top it off I am also paying for the old appluance and the NEW ( That I don't have) appliance. Passed between Donestic and general, Hoover and delivery company continually!!!

Absolutely brilliant service, and great value for money. Insured my old washer which they replaced with a brand new one, it was all very simple and I got to pick my own which was nice. I was honestly shocked that they did this, even though it had said they would. Great service

5 year old washer/dryer was going to be too expensive to fix on warranty so D&G replaced it. Overall it was 4 days from engineer visit to receiving new appliance. Tuesday visit Thursday notification that machine couldn't be repaired and told to pick new appliance Saturday morning, 8 am new machine arrives. Simply cannot complain at that, at all! Top service.
