Rate hike, tried to cancel but they are not open Saurday dispite saying that they are. The only way to cancel is by phone and they don't answer the phone. When called during the week I was put on indefinate hold

When you book an appointment with domestic and general, the process is so easy. Pick a date and time slot, which isn’t too far in the future! Follow up calls and text messages are really handy. If they come and need a spare part, it’s ordered and sorted within a week or less. I think having a D&G Policy in place is great! I’ve been really happy on both occasions. My freezer needed fixing and so did my oven. Very happy with the service.

The engineer who identified the issue was fine and he ordered the necessary part. What wasn't fine was the complete lack of communication. I wasn't kept informed as to how long delivery would be. After 2 weeks of silence and several phone calls (at least 7!) to reach a human, I was told the part was out of stock and I would better off ordering it myself. I didn't mind this, but why wasn't I told this earlier? Phoned Beko who said the part was in fact in stock and it was delivered in 2 days!! Lack of communication and co-ordination is awful.

Constantly pestering, daily phone calls to reinsure or insure another appliance, nothing I said seemed to satisfy them, no is never no! Patronising engineer; fancy being told at 40 I don’t know how to use a washing machine! Cancelled, I’d rather just buy a new one.

Recently had a replacement washing machine delivered and old one collected for recycling paid for recycling which was all fine,paid for new one to be installed,however they could not install new one as connections were not directly behind washing machine and needed extensions which were already in place,they said they couldn't install it!!! not surprising seeing as they didn't have a tool between them!!!Still not received refund for installation which didn't happen!!!!!!!!

I have degreased behind the cooker and both sides of the oven that's being recycled I hope this is to your delivery guys liking there is no grease where they will grab the sides of the oven to take it out of my home

Sadly appointments constantly rearranged. Own work hours lost, unacceptable. Engineer not turning up. Work not completed when they eventually turn up. Wrong parts ordered. Sadly unable to recommend.
