Service went well though did have some on-line problems finding a replacement. Efficient delivery and removal of failed American Frdge/Freezer went very fast - 2 delivery personnel did a great job.

Was passed on the telephone from person to person, was on the phone for over 2 hours and the people I spoke with had no clue what they were doing, just passing me forwards and backwards. Still waiting on my replacement washing machine to be delivered . I was sent a text and also an email advising of a delivery date that’s not suitable so said I could go online and change it …. Went online you can’t change it so I had to phone the number that was online for the delivery company ….. they knew nothing about it!!!. In total iv waited over 4 weeks … they did send out a replacement after 4 weeks but it arrived faulty and im currently waiting on my new one.

Dealt with on the phone very promptly without any waiting advise me and listened to the issues I had and promptly arranged an engineer to call an address situation. I found the whole experience very positive and helpful at every stage.

Any issues with my washing fixed with in days. My last repair was bigger and sorted with in 2 weeks, to get a new washibg machine. Definetly worth the insurance payment. No hassle

Have had my plan covering 3 appliances for over 5 years had to use multiple times has been a great experience each time I have had a engineer visit. Brilliant service and worth the money

I have had a warranty plan with yall for 4 months. When I needed yall. I was told it would take months before anyone could come out because no one was available in my town. Why was I not told this when I bought the plan. So I have wasted my money because I'm told you will not reimburse me as well. This is a very sorry company do not use them. It's a waste. I have canceled my plan on all my new appliances and others I had. Do not use these people. You have been warned.

Excellent service, the Engineer was great and very helpful. Our worries were soon over, he was just brilliant. We consider the price of cover well worth it, for peace of mind. I will strongly recommend Domestic and General.

It is by far the worst customer experience I've had with a company. If you name it they did it. I'm not sure how they are still in business. To anyone who wants to use them for appliance warranties and repair BEWARE. The level of incompetence and disregard for their customers is so disappointing. 1. Very poor responsiveness 2. Sent techs out over 5x and issue still not resolved 3. They refuse to replace my unit even though we been customers for years 4. Management and customer service does not get back to you 5. Rude customer service representatives that hang up on you
