Wouldn’t fix boiler said it had 2 pressure release valves had been servicing boiler for 2 years but hadn’t noticed this and wouldn’t do any more work on boiler till I had this fixed

within 2 hours I recieved confirmation that my old dishwasher was unrepairable & sent me choice of mew machines for replacement ( engineer said wait 72 hours!) I choose my new machine online & was delivered 5 days later as it was the Easter weekend. Delivery guys were amazing polite friendly & bought machine unpackaged & took picture of machine. Very happy with my new improved dishwasher. Thank you D & G for excellent service

Hard to contact boiler service company,didn’t turn up for fist appointment,but engineer very professional , and competent. Would be better to allocate a four out time slot rather than just a day .

Leon was amazing he was very professional also with me being disabled I didn't have to help or worry about anything. 5 star he also tidied up after himself and made me feel not on edge

The engineer who came could not take on board the problem! At the time of his visit the fire lit - but why did he light the fire when he said there was a gas leak and then shut off the gas? Our service engineer had diagnosed the problem after consulting the manufacturer. The engineer did not recognise that there was a problem nor the terminology. Our insurance cover would cover the cost our service engineer said ; it would seem not as the engineer said the fire was working at the time of his visit. Getting connected to the appropriate customer service person was not easy.

Despite clear policy documents stating that both the boiler and controls are covered, the company has repeatedly denied coverage for the controls—specifically a Motorised Valve that is explicitly listed. Even after one support agent acknowledged the controls were covered and sent an engineer, the repair was halted without explanation. I’ve since been told by multiple agents that the controls aren't covered, with one even suggesting it might be a printing error—unacceptable. The dispute team reviewed the case and rejected the claim, despite the evidence.

They never get in touch to let you know your service is due. Unfortunately I didn't realise the date and it ended up 2 months overdue. The same for my first service, I had to chase it up. Once I managed to speak so someone it was a quick response and a positive experience from the workman.

Very poor service from them, booked repair online and it was confirmed for engineer to attend next day, engineer arrived had to telephone heating company that was attending they had no record of booking then back on to on phone to D&G took six days for engineer to arrive. D&G very quick to take your money, you get what you pay for.

I have complained twice in the 3 years I've been using D&G and both times they've dealt with my issues quickly and professionally. From my experience I find them a very good company and have found their customer service superb.

Received my replacement washing machine with no fuss and in record time. Exactly the same as my previous machine except more up to date and I couldn’t be happier

Absolutely awful service my boiler was leaking for nearly a month before they eventually came out to fix it, I must have spent about 8 hours on the phone to them I was just passed from pillar to post, I had water damage in my house become of this at one point I have water running on to electrics which I had to resolve myself, DO NOT USE
