Anything that need repairs it's quick and easy to get it picked up from the house , then back again . TV screen broke and could not be repaired, I was given a refund on The TV .

Had the engineer out 8 times in 14 months and finally today they say they will replace the machine. The engineers have been really good but been waiting 2 weeks for a part that they can’t give me a ETA on. Fingers crossed but not holding my breath.

Mechanic arrived at scheduled time giving me updates. Machine fixed first time. However, mechanic discovered I needed a part for my washing machine which had to be ordered. This was done, a few days later it arrived and I was able to fit immediately.

I have been with D&G for years I feel so safe when the insurance for my items my repair was all covered and done with in a week I just don't have the worry of items when things go wrong they are just a call away also their prices are good and that's why I have been a customer for so long.

It has taken DG 4 months now to repair a Whirlpool washer. The contractor they hired to come out and fix the washer replaced just about all the components to the washer and still could not fix it. They are horrible at keep you updated on their process and when you call in they seem nice but cant do anything for you due to their chain of command. If possible avoid doing business with this company. I wouldnt even rate them a one star

This company is so difficult to deal with. The whole purpose of its existance is to rip you off. First, the cost of one-year repair plan is $383, which is close to a new washer. Then you can't cancel it until the aniversery of one year. If you miss it, you're automatically renewed for another year. When you tried to cancel it, they will give all the difficulties so that it won't go through. My advice is stay away from this company at all costs.

Not the cheapest company but definitely the best. Onley had to call on them three times, but each time they have been brilliant. Sorted the problem each time, always prompt, always polite and helpful.

I have long been a customer of D&G and benefitted from their repairs and servicing. I recently replaced one of my appliances with another within a 4 unit plan. The "switch" was very swiftly completed and the regular monthly Direct Debit for the Plan unchanged. A satisfactory arrangement.

Repair and replacement of rubber seal on our American Fridge Freezer. The engineer did an excellent job and replaced the light bulb on the Freezer side as well as it had blown. He was very polite efficient and extremely quick. 5. Stars ⭐️
