I am very pleased with the service they gave me and when I had a problem with my washing machine they came out within a week of reporting it to them

I have been using Domestic and General for the last 10 years or more years and I have to say it is absolute worth spending money to buy there policy because they will do everything to fix it and if they can't they replace it. I feel it is money well spent without the hassle

I’ve just cancelled with D&G .. trying to sort out my plan I thought would be easy but today I got my renewal which has gone up by £11 and one of my hasn’t been added even though it was supposed to be sorted .. booking repairs isn’t as good as it used to be and you have to wait longer for engineer to come and do repair .

They have been fantastic and have so far unsure all my large electric items and have now 2 more to insure! They fixed my vacuum cleaner which is now smashing! People are friendly and helpful in the phone, just like being in a family!👍🙋

Delivery OK, on time but do not think the washing machine has been fitted correctly as there are issues. I would appreciate an engineer to attend and check that the fitting is correct.

I am still waiting for the replacement drawers for my Hotpoint ultima freezer compartment. I spoke with Hotpoint customer service 3 weeks ago and they said they were awaiting 2 drawers coming in. I've tried to contact Hotpoint but their automated message system does not recognise my post code

Brilliant at fixing appliances but I don't like the way they keep ringing to get more business. If I want to come over another appliance I will get in touch with them.
