“The engineer quickly discovered why my washing machine was displaying a fault on the auto wash cycle. However I discovered that he left a teatowel at the back of my washing machine of which I couldn't reach and it has slipped down at the back of my washing machine and I have to wait until someone who can manoeuvre the washing machine out so that I can retrieve the teatowel.”

“Everything was fine except the now very boring, annual attempt by D&G to dramatically increase the charges - and without any loyalty bonus. always have to make a phone call to them to establish a fair price for the warranty before I renew.”
