“The best word I can use to describe Done is convenient. I’ve been using Done for over a year now and have had no problems. My provider has been switched a couple times but that’s never been an issue for me. The NP I’m with now is super nice/helpful and very understanding. The monthly fee is a tad high but for the convenience of being able to do everything from home/virtually I find it worth it.”

“I have found Done. a very useful resource for my ADHD. The fact I was able to make an appointment from my smartphone without having to muster the courage to call people or fight with my insurance company helped me immensely. Taking appointments over telehealth platforms is very useful as it fits in my busy schedule, and the constant reminders Done. sends about appointment times helps me so so much! I feel like a new person since starting with Done.”

“Done has helped immensely by making it simple and easy to manage my ADHD and access the resources I need to make sure it is taken care of properly. The providers are very knowledgeable and will work with you to personalize a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and lifestyle. When I was looking at scheduling my first appointment I was able to get it within just a few days as opposed to the more traditional offices I'd checked with which had no availability for weeks or even months. Done has many providers available with a wide selection of appointment times so even those of us who work different hours than the standard 9-5 are able to set an appointment at a time that doesn't involve rearranging our entire schedule like many traditional office visits require. Along with the initial appointment and followups, they make it very easy to get into contact with your specific provider if you need anything from them. Also, they have an excellent customer service team able to help out with any issues you may have when it comes to scheduling, prescriptions, insurance info, payments appointments etc. The times that I've reached out to check on something with them their customer service team has gotten back to me within minutes if it's during the day or even if I send something in when I get off work (usually about 830pm) there is always a response waiting for me in the morning. I never looked into any sort of ADHD treatment before and decided at age 27 that it would be good to check out, and I'm very glad that I did so with Done because of how easy the process was and how helpful my provider has been about making sure that I am comfortable with my treatment plan. If you have or think you may have ADHD and have been putting off talking to someone about it, check out Done because they make it simple to connect up with a professional and discuss it with them. 5/5 would recommend”

“I have been patient I’ve done for more than six months now, and they have been amazing and accommodating all my needs. Practitioners and DONE are very professional welcoming, friendly, and most importantly they make me feel like I’m being genuinely listened to. They are quick to respond and help me take care of any hiccups with insurance companies in terms of medications. In particular, their prior authorization team has been amazing helping me with the otherwise frustrating process of getting medication approved and paid for by my insurance company. They worked with me and with my insurance and I am very impressed with the amount of care, detail, and extra work they did to make sure I was taken care of. DONE goes above and beyond and I’m so grateful I found them, addressing mental health in this crazy time with the pandemic and quarantine has been life-changing. I can confidently say that without their help I would not be thriving the way I am today after the entire year of stressful life events. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re even thinking about it.”

“Overall very satisfied. One hiccup with my 2nd refill but it was quickly resolved. Happy Otherwise! Have felt that the doctor listens to me, did not make me feel ashamed and actually pointed out things to me i did not realize were symptoms!”

“As someone who has struggled to receive adequate care for my ADHD diagnoses throughout most of my life, finding and beginning care with Done has been a game changer for me. I was skeptical at first just because nothing on this journey to get the help I need has ever been easy. After working with a local psychiatrist in my town and feeling truly unheard and untreated, I decided to give Done a shot. I am so, so glad I did. The initial sign up process was simple and the questionnaire was relevant and not too exhausting to complete. Once completed, I signed up for my first telemedicine appointment with my Psych NP. Again, I didn't really know what to expect, and my hopes weren't terribly high, but I thought it was worth just trying one more time. Oh my gosh, I am SO glad I did. My practitioner, Elizabeth, blew me away. She affirmed and validated my experiences struggling with ADHD, she offered support and cheered me on for continuing trying to get help for this condition that has honestly made my life really hard at times. She was so knowledgable and well read on the specific topic of adults with ADHD - something that was always noticeably lacking in any other general practitioner I ever saw - and she really normalized my whole experience. I have never felt so supported or validated regarding my struggles with ADHD as I did at our first meeting. She was totally open to hearing about past medications I had tried, what had worked and what hadn't worked, and was then also open to hearing my input on what I felt was a good plan moving forward. I felt so respected and like I was actually going to get the help I needed, finally. I have met with her via zoom since this first appointment, and the quality of my experience has remained the same. I am doing so much better now in my daily life as a result of her help. My quality of life has improved drastically, and continues to do so. Done has made this whole process so easy and so shame and hassle free. I am seriously so grateful to this service and to my NP, Elizabeth. I recommend giving it a try to anyone who is feeling like they are struggling and not getting the help they need.”

“The whole process has been fairly simple and straightforward. I appreciate how open minded the clinician was and that she listened with an attentive ear and I opted to begin treatment right away. So far it's been working! My only complaint was that it took over a month to get an initial consultation. There was also an issue with my pharmacy getting a refill but the Done team worked diligently to get it rectified.”
