Twice you have happily taken my money knowingly not having the stock to make the shipment, on both occasions I have had to contact you guys to ask what is going on instead of being contacted from your end. Twice I have been out of pocket for almost a month as by the time I realise my shipment just isn't coming, there is another 10 days until my money is returned for a product YOU KNEW you couldn't deliver on. I am sure this would go against consumer laws?
I see all the offers you guys have going at the moment though, obviously more interested in getting new customers than looking after long-term loyal customers.”

“I still have not received my order from 3 weeks ago. Received email confirming tracking number allocated but it has not progressed any further. Have sent email, they asked for further detail which I completed and sent straight back but still have not received a response a week on.
