“Hi, I wrote an email earlier 2/7/2020 just providing some feedback on the new dairy Carmel creamer received which does not appear to have any caramel flavour at all. Almost appears to be vanilla or no flavour? I have had no reply to this feedback at all.”
“This product made my acne worse. I have been using it everyday since I received it and my acne has increased dramatically, I am now getting large painful pimples around my ears and neck which I never previously had. Has noticeably improved my hair and nail health though. Also tastes great!”

“I have purchased the salted caramel toffee vegan protein powder and the chocolate collagen. I absolutely love the collagen. But the protein powder is actually undrinkable. I have only ever had vegan protein in the past and always just mixed with water and they’ve been delicious. This one is lumpy and sour. It smells amazing. When I emailed to say it had lumps and didn’t taste normal I was told that’s just how it is and then never got a reply”

“Protein power doesn't taste nice. Probiotics gave me diarrhea.
Collagen Creamer has a lovely taste, however Collagen interacts with anxiety and had made it worse. It's a shame, I did love taking the Creamer, Maybe Dose and Do can make a creamer without the Collagen? And less Probiotics in the Protein powder.”
“I dont like the taste of the Protien Power, It gave me diarrhea and I only used 1 scoop in my morning coffee. So I stopped using it, I guess, too many probiotics. Prefer the taste of the Collagen Creamer, wish there was one without the Collagen as it counteracts with my Antidepressants.”
“I actually delayed my order for a month and it still processed the transaction and I had a dispatch email, yet still haven’t received the product anyway and payment was taken 14th or April, usually delivery is overnight. I would like to have it sent back when it comes and a refund as I still have a lot to get through. I’ve had a couple issues now and it’s a bit frustrating tbh.”
“Can you bring back the scoop please. It’s confusing remembering the measurements of a spoon and then when I forget I ask someone on the Instagram page for help and they also give me the wrong measurements. So like am I’m taking too much? Or not enough. Very confusing.”
