“I have not received my order and have sent several follow up emails with no response in the last week. Please refund my order and remove your product if you do not have it in stock as it's been over three weeks since I ordered 3 tubs and nothing received. I originally had someone reply to say it's coming in the post and now they are ignoring my emails. This is not the service I would anticipate from Does and Co. and has resulted in this review of honest and constructive feedback.”
“Hi I would be honest to say I am addicted to my vanilla collagen powder which not only I enjoy but my hubby too. Each morning and evening we enjoy it in our coffee it truly tastes like a creamy latte.
I can honestly say it has improved my skin at 53 I was told I looked 33 yeah I laughed but they were serious.
I am a loyal customer and always will be as long as you keep making this gorgeous product thank you Dose & Co.”
“It appears I have donated money to this company. I have never received my purchase and after reading the tracking to say delivered I contacted Customer Service, responded they'd get back to me, never happened now I'm being ignored worst service ever, so can't comment on product I didn't receive.”
“I am still waiting for this replacement order. It meant to replace my longstanding subscription order from 8th March.
Questioning how secure our information is when my order was incorrectly posted to someone in Northland and I am in the Waikato. NZ.
Unhappy customer still waiting for what they paid for.”
“I had stopped taking collagen and had to start again. I definitely notice a difference when I take this. Not just in my hair and skin, but in my joints!! I have bursitis which is when a tendon is wrapped around a joint. It is painful. I started taking Dose & Co. collagen again and immediately the pain subsided and stayed that way. It works.”
“Your products are the only ones that actually keep my hair grow back. I tried countless powders and supplements but they didn't work. Please please bring the vanilla and caramel collagen creamers back soon. I will buy a box next time, knowing they're going to be sold out so fast! Thank you.”
“Really love the product! I dissolve it in my tea every night and it dissolves immediately. There is no aftertaste and I receive compliments all the time about my glowing skin.”
“When I did not receive my order I texted your customer service and I received an answer promptly. My order did arrive the next day. I appreciated the prompt answer. Excellent customer service.”
“Stopped using this for a while and my hair started falling out, so I've gone back on!! Dose & Co have amazing service, quick delivery and the Berry collagen is very pleasant.”
