“Mixing nicely into liquid wasn't as straight forward as I was led to believe from what I saw online. It is always clumpy or requires a lot of work to not be clumpy. I was really excited to have it with my morning coffee but it makes my coffee unpleasant to taste so I have it in hot water now. I would say there is definitely more hype about the taste and texture than I have experienced. Time will tell if I experience any physical benefits from it...”
