Shocking customer service - you cannot speak to anyone that is helpful. Two agents I managed to speak to were both lovely but could not help! Been waiting for a package to be picked up since last Friday

Couldn’t believe the driver had damaged my property he drove over my garden ? I have contacted DPD but guess what no one bothered About their drivers vandalising property . I am now waiting on the police for this matter as I have footage.

Lets get this straight DPD are absolutely useless. I ordered on Thursday for next working day delivery. The parcel reached the local depot early Friday morning and then DPD changed the delivery to Monday and had the audacity to write that I requested the change. Ridiculous! Why would I pay £7 for next day delivery then change it to 4 day delivery? Monday comes around, I have a time for my delivery... Hallelujah! The time is coming... the driver is 10 stops away, around 2 miles from my location when they update and say they couldn't find my address! Of course you can't... you are 2 miles away! I speak to a customer advisor who tells me that they removed part of my address (a crucial part to help finding my address) so it would work with their systems which meant they couldn't find me..... it blows my mind!!! I request it is taken to the local pickup point, which coincidently I live above, as this is what their site says they do on failed delivery.... sorry sir can't be done as we couldn't attempt the delivery as we couldn't find your address! What options are open to me I ask in desperation? Well, the advisor says, I can add details to find your address.... I ask him to re-add the bit they deleted.... alas no can't do that, won't work with the systems... Have you got the 3 words? he asks... I tell him that the 3 words will bring him to the local delivery point as I live right above it! Any other options? I'm advised to contact the people I ordered from and ask them to change it..... What? Seriously? I put everything in correctly, the people I bought from put it in correctly.... its DPD who f***ed it all up..... and I should add NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME! I tell you people give Hermes/Evri sh*t for being bad but DPD are the epitome of a terrible delivery service!

Upgrade Phone from Tesco Mobile, asked to be delivered to a neighbor (a business address). Got the delivery confirmation with the name of the receiver "HI" Went through all the whole neighborhood, more than 20 addresses on the main road nothing was found. Called Tesco Mobile, but they couldn't / wouldn't help. Called DPD they put me on hold for ages, then said they couldn't reach the driver, but they assured me that they would contact me in a few hours and that the parcel would be delivered today. Got no message or call and the tracking changed from "Delivered to Neighbour "HI" at 09.39" to "Your parcel has been brought back to our depot at 09:39 on Sat 28 Oct 2023" and no info about when will be delivered "AGAIN". I work nights, spent all morning on this, and am now at work completely drained because of DPD's incompetence and disregard for their customers.

Outrageous customer service as well as the delivery service. I have been waiting for the very expected delivery at home while receiving billions of messages from DPD UK about how the driver is nearby, then he is 30 minutes away, then that I am next, and then that the driver missed me when I am sitting right here at home waiting for the doorbell to ring. Now I an expected to go somewhere ON MONDAY to collect the parcel. Any attempts to contact the service via their much-promoted app ended up with two half-hour hanging on the phone, waiting for someone to respond. Eventually, I gave up very frustrated and disappointed. Absolute disgrace

Been waiting for a parcel which was due to be delivered on 22nd October and it never arrived. I was advised delivery had been delayed prior to this and now it’s nearly a week later and there has been no further updates and no delivery. This was birthday present for family member which now has past their birthday. Their WhatsApp’s chat is bot and not helpful at all. Underhand delays happen but communication is extremely lacking. Not happy

3 of us in the house all day. Expecting a large package containing wine. Got a message from DPD saying we weren't in - with a picture of a house up the road. Spent ages getting shunted between phone numbers as the website gives no option to complain. Now have a message I have to go pick up this large heavy package from a post office in a busy town centre. Very unhappy.

For the second day in a row my food parcel has failed to arrive by the same driver. Contacting DPD customer services is useless and when they say they will call back they do not. My regular driver has been off and clearly the substitute driver is not fit for purpose

I have always liked when my parcels were coming with DPD unfortunately this has changed and I think their rule of taking picture with open door is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have 3 big dogs and one of them has been professionally trained to be a protection dog which means he is very cautious of anyone coming close to the house . I live in a bungalow, I have a problem with my leg and it’s extremely difficult for me to put all 3 dogs in to one room just so I can open my door for DPD driver to take a photo !!!! I have private gates which I need to open to let driver in which should be enough for them to see that I live here !! Also I’ve asked on several occasions if I could collect parcel through the window and take a picture there but driver didn’t want to do it. On one occasion driver walked away as I didn’t want to open the door !!! I understand that DPD trying their best to make sure parcels had been delivered to correct address but I am sure am not the only person which is having issues with his stupid idea of taking pictures ! On the other hand I am really UNHAPPY to open my doors for some strangers who could be literally anyone wearing a DPD uniform !!! I honestly think this is the most ridiculous rule anyone could have think of ! And it should be changed !!!!

Message from DPD that my urgent delivery would arrive between 2:30 and 3:30 pm on Fri Sept 29th. At 5:30 pm I received at text…new delivery slot 8:15 to 9:15 pm Again no show with message “Sorry we missed you” No attempt was made to deliver item. Tracking showed it was within 4 mls of property. Overnight delivery finally arrived on Monday ! Email to complaints dept bounced. I had to resort to sending email via post !,, A week later I received an email stating they would investigate! Since then NOTHING, A driver for the firm told me that if staff are running late they will miss out sections of their route to make up lost time 😱 I do not think they deserve ONE STAR🙄😡

Didn't get the parcel waited in all day when we contacted the company we got the parcel from they requested the GPS for the driver he was on the wrong street on both delivery attempts today I've waited in for another parcel and the driver has not knocked I got an email saying we missed you they haven't even tried to attempt a delivery an atrocious service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I was supposed to receive a parcel on Friday between 10 - 11 o`clock in the morning. I take 2 hour off from work, wait for delivery driver, driver nowhere in sight. At 1 o`clock i contact DPD to see where my parcel is. I get a ring back telling me the driver is a bit late due to weather but not to worry he will get there. At 5:30 pm i get a message saying that the driver missed me and he will retry on MONDAY !!!! STAY AWAY FROM DPD ! If a business you buy from uses DPD request they send the parcel with someone else who can keep a schedule or dont buy from them. Boycott the company as this is the only way to make them care about customers schedule and time.

Terrible delivery company Most of the time they don’t come near the house . Just say they can’t deliver can’t find me ( I’m on a main road) we have a shop opposite you could ask ? Pay for next day delivery get it days later just awful customer service

Worst ever delivery company!! Keep receiving text messages saying “ we are sorry we have missed you”… A delivery company that only deliver parcels and yet are failing badly at it. Until when are we going to be the victims of this fake company? We should be able to choose who we would like to deliver our parcels. STOP the monopoly of this unprofessionals…
