“Disaster of company. Crashed 3 of 4 packages and don’t want to pay for the damage even though they obviously are responsible. Unproffesional!”

“Absolute failure with delivery and I find out that the York depot is shut today despite telling me they'd be making a delivery. The only thing been achieved today is incompetence coupled with lies!”

“I am awaiting delivery, which was expected on Friday. I checked the delivery status which confirmed the parcel was with the local depot this and the they were to allocate a time slot by 11am. When I checked again the delivery was updated to Tuesday and a time slot would be allocated. I have checked this morning (Monday) and it states DISPOSED OF on Saturday 3.51pm. I have tried to call, no answer; requested a call back- Nothing.”

“Grandson Christmas and birthday present lost no refund on postage or articles. In contact with customer services for over 8 months still not offered a penny. I would advise future customer to use a other parcel delivery service🤬🤬🤬”

“This is an absolutely dreadful company and service - every time they are used there is an issue. Waited in today and after the time slot enquired where parcel is ,they said the driver missed us ! On to chat for over 1/2 hour no response at all! Apparently to call them is £6 a call”

“Never actually manage to deliver to me without incident. Had to chase one delivery down the street to get him to give me my parcel, despite waiting in all day with the front door open. 2nd delivery didn’t even make it into my street before telling me I’d missed them. Absolutely useless, use DHL instead is my advice”

“Waiting for a delivery today and given a time window wife waited all day never came. Somehow I see this company going out of business eventully. Wife got on the chat and nothing resolved in fact the rep said she had to go as other people are waiting, what a circus DPD is. Bad service. Look at the % only 5% reviews that's bad news for any company.”

“The DPD delivery driver crashed into my car and drove off without leaving contact details. The depot are refusing to compensate for the damage despite us providing full car reg, the driver's name and photos from an accident. I'm appalled at their attitude. Just want my car fixed. One star is too much but there's no option for no stars. Absolutely criminal.”

“Absolutely useless! Turned up at the address when someone was at home, said no one was at home. Didn’t leave or contact the concierge. Came back the next day, again, someone in the flat and the concierge waiting in the front of the building as I tracked the driver. App said 15 mins to arrival warned the concierge who said he saw a dpd van pull up take a photo of the front of the building and drove past. I then received the photo saying sorry we missed you, you must have been out. Outrageous service and will never use them again, nor will I use the vendor if they continue with DPD.”

“Dreadful service, after saying that my parcel was arriving at 14.00 on a Saturday, five days later I'm still expecting the parcel, no reply, no information, the app doesn't help at all, my parcel is held at a depot, it's a valuable item and nobody explains what's going on. MB”

“Shocking company, drivers always thrashing vans around trying to get 100 plus deliveries done in a day whilst staying inside a calculated Eta window. Would never use this company to deliver a parcel of mine as the app is useless and tells you they have been to your address when they clearly haven't. Avoid !”

“Absolutely useless delivery service. Customer service is awful too - expect to be lied to over and over. They didn’t deliver an item next day after I paid for next day delivery. They then tried to make me lodge a complaint against the delivery driver as opposed to offering me a refund for the extra delivery cost charged. Then to top things off they promised a supervisor would call back to get me off the phone… and of course I never received a call back. Waste of time and money.”
