I paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The driver pulled up, took a photo of the front of my property and I received a delivery failed notification as I opened the door (at no point did he knock or ring the bell). The driver then drove off. I phoned and was promised a Sunday delivery 0800-1200 'as compensation'. This was then cancelled at 1030. When I was phoned I was told that they didn't have enough parcels to warrant a Sunday delivery. I was told to complain to the company who I ordered through. Absolutely shocking.

I paid extra for delivery between 12-6 on Saturday and specifically went to the office. I was monitoring the map and the driver was quite far away and few more deliveries to be made. Then suddenly they said they missed me! The driver did not come to my office and didn't leave any calling card. The customer service chat was useless and unable to help or refund me. In the end I cancelled the order with the supplier as I cannot trust that DPD will come on the day that they're supposed to.

They sent me "We missed you" emails twice so far while I was just right at my apartment. They never called my mobile, or used the callbox to dial my apartment number. And they've been running around with my electronics multiple days and god knows the condition about them now. Extremely unhappy with their drivers and the customer support. Never use this service!!!

Twice I've had a "Missed you" notification from DPD despite giving them detailed delivery instructions . Obviously, they hire people with a low IQ, so they don't have to pay them much. I would suggest that they employ people that can follow basic instructions and read road signs.

DPD drivers have told me they are instructed not to even try to deliver in my rural area -- just say "business closed," "no one home," or similar. Rural areas hurt their delivery target of 20 per hours, so they do not even try. This is happening to even with shipments from IKEA and Costco. Yesterday yet another delivery was not even attempted. Security cameras prove DPD was not ever in the area.

Their raison d'etre is to deliver parcels. They failed and so fail as a credible company. Mistakes happen but unhelpful out of date web tracking, impotent chat handlers typing out script driven platitudes, and no sense of customer service are not mistakes. They are symptoms of a dinosaur service and DPD is well past its sell date. Companies like this should not survive: DPD your clock says 5 minutes to Midnight, good night

I must say Horrible service of DPD second time they lied that hey came to the property and collected the item. They put wall pics instead of parcels.

Liars these are. Driver hasn’t been to the house at all. The driver came in my road, took a picture of my house and left without even knocking, I’m not telepathic I don’t know he’s in the street, I checked the doorbell after receiving the fail to deliver message. Useless auto customer service as well. Amazon is so much better.

one of the worst customer services representatives i have ever dealt with. the lady was extremely unhelpful and condescending. First the driver a miss you card without knocking on the door and when i asked her to reschedule it for tomorrow, she simply refused and asked for additional charges as it was the weekend. infact she doubled down that there was a delivery attempt the previous day as well. but when i inquired about no miss you ard or update on their website, she refused to acknowledge that. she should change her title from customer services to customer disservice.

DPD is the exact definition of FAILURE, with all the address information and mobile number they couldn’t make a simple delivery. Their contact agents are unprofessional, it is a big disaster on earth.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday. I was in all day and even if I couldn't make it to the door for any reason I had set my next door neighbour's address as backup. I was even tracking it on the app and knew exactly when to expect it and was prepared to answer the door. The tracking app was up to drop 29 with my parcel as drop 30, then it changed to drop 28 with me as drop 29, and then it suddenly changed to "sorry we missed you". I was in the front kitchen in full view of the street and no DPD van had even driven down it. The photo of the delivery "attempt" was a dark blur as if the photo had been taken by accident. I contacted support who said the driver was now out of the vicinity so couldn't come back (which was impossible as he was tracked on a nearby road for his previous delivery just moments before) and they assured me numerous times that another delivery "attempt" would be made the next day (today). However, I found out today that after a single (fake) delivery attempt yesterday, the parcel is actually going back to the sender, meaning the support agent I'd spoke to yesterday was clearly just lying to me. The parcel was a birthday gift for someone I rarely see, which would have arrived in plenty of time had there been an ounce of competence in DPD, but now has no hope of getting to me on time. I've cancelled the order with the vendor and have relayed my feedback to them as this is just completely unacceptable on all fronts.

Answered the door, told them I am coming, took me 46 seconds to get the door open, saw the van driving away, now I have to pick it up from half an hour away. Call customer support, "I am sorry our delivery drivers are only allowed 1 minute and 8 seconds to deal with any customer"

Appalling company. My parcel had an incorrect post code on it, but DPD were informed of the correct one. They refused to re-deliver and destroyed my parcel without my permission or the sender's permission. I had to re-purchase the goods so I am out of pocket. I have eight pages detailing the webchats I've had with the company plus many emails as I want to know where my parcel went and how it was destroyed (or if it was destroyed!). Plus I want them to pay me for the items. Do not trust this company.

Id ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day & DPD decided to send them back to the sender rather than delivering them to my mum , leaving her with no Mother’s Day flowers & thinking I’d not bothered 😕. They never even tried to deliver them .
