dunstable depot is worst service ever.. people working there are useless and hang up tje phone when you call them.. why people are using this priority service as they need delivery urgently but they dont understand it..instead they return psrcel to supplier.. i called dunstable depot people atleast 10 times but still not got delivery on time..absolute rubbish.. no one hour time notice and suddenly informed that you missed delivery..

Absolute rubbish company, failed to deliver frozen produce on the day i was told, food had defrosted when it arrived 24hrs late, no knock didnt ring bell, no card, just left the box in the sun and legged it, phoned customer service, didnt want to know.

Booked and paid for flooring to be collected from my address to be delivered back to the suppliers, as it was excess to requirements. Received a notification that it had beed delivered and signed for. When I received no refund for these goods I contacted the flooring company who informed me that no such person worked within there company. I then went back to DPD and raised a complaint, that was 3 months ago. I am now out of pocket £400. Don't use this company

Driver did'nt even bother coming to the door, received a text to say he knocked on the door and no one was in yet the tracking app showed the parcel had never left Dartford depot. Phoned DPD who said they had a photo of a white front door with the no.5, our door is blue but it does have a no.5 on it. DPD then said it would be delivered to a local newsagent tomorrow for collection, I questioned him why the driver would not drop it off today when its half a mile away but he said it will be tomorrow which would be a round trip of 50miles. Absolutely will never use DPD again, bunch of liars and chancers.

Driver didn't even bother coming to the door. I saw the van park up the road. Next thing I know I have recieved an update saying I wasn't in. When you are running a business and schedule your whole day for a delivery of the products you sell and this happens it is extremely frustrating. Furthermore trying to rebook or even got hold of someone on the phone is an absolute nightmare. Safe to say I do not use DPD for any of my outgoing packages.

I was in my ground floor flat with all doors and windows open because of the nice weather, and was expecting a delivery so ears were open, nothing came in the time provided so decided to vac the car,opened the door and the boggin card was on the mat outside!!!! Called but missed you!!!! What a load of fish rot!!! 2nd time they have done it,totally useless! Probably over loaded and faster to dump parcels at a shop and get us to fetch them!! ITS CALLED HOME DELIVERY DPD!!!!

This is the worst delivery company. They consistently keep delivering to the wrong address. How are they still in business. I will never order from a company that uses them for delivery.

Absolutely terrible service. Despite being in waiting for delivery found the calling card on doorstep not even through the letterbox! Redirected to a very inconvenient location. Customer service hung up! Called back, told my word against driver! DON'T USE DPD YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS

For a present, I bought an item from Pro Cook which promised next day (Wednesday) delivery via DPD. Had a message from DPD to say "We've Missed You", which I knew was untrue as I was at home at the specified delivery time. Then got notification from DPD that it would be delivered on Thursday, it wasn't and I got another message to say I had to pick it up. I complained and was notified it would be delivered on Friday - it wasn't and I got another "We've Missed You" message which I knew was a lie, because when passing the pick up point I collected the parcel on Friday morning, so it was never going to be delivered by DPD. Customer service not much help. Totally unreliable company, whose actions do not inspire confidence. I will avoid them in future.

Disgraceful! I paid for international express service sending two parcels in one consignment, dropped them off on Saturday, no tracking updates until Tuesday, then no updates again until Thursday. When I enquired they asked me to complete a correct consignment form as my delivery included 2 parcels and they only had one and due to be returned! The incompetence and customer disregard is shocking. No one had bothered to contact me to advise about the missing parcel and were quick to blame me. Still no word from them regarding the whereabouts of my missing parcel. This is also a company that’s difficult to contact which speaks volumes about their customer service. Disgusting.

Incompetent provider delivering nothing! Every single time I have a delivery that is sadly managed by DPD the parcel never arrives or is left outside on the street. I was at home waiting for my parcel that was meant to arrive today and the driver didn't even bother ringing my bell or getting in (doubt he was actually even here) and I got an email that I was not in! Now i have to go to the pick up location to pick up my bloody parcel that is large and heavy - this is meant to be the company's responsibility to deliver parcels to customers' doorstep and not make me go out of my way when i purposely stay at home! Such a terrible service, every single time. I am already dreading next delivery by this company. If i could rate them zero stars I would!

Sixth parcel in a row where the DPD driver has either just driven past our front window or not swung by while I’ve been in all day, useless!

DPD couriers does not care about delivering the order. It happened twice in row that they just don't deliver different ordered items in my home, and informing they tried which is not true because no one knocked the door or even tried, and then you have to reschedule all your appointments in another day to be at home to receive your parcel. Their service is terrible and they have no idea on how to avoid this situation to happen.

I will never use this company again. My advice would be to steer clear. I don't know their methods of employment but their delivery drivers are often, in my opinion, thugs.

Lousy service to the US don't ever use it!!! They do forwarded to DHL but it is impossible than to get a tracking number for that and the DPD tracking number is no good to use at all!

My advice is don't use this company wherever possible. Supposed to have a package delivered on the 11th. It's now the 15th. I phoned them and they could not tell when it would be delivered, or even where to! You had one job guys...

Terrible service indeed. Not only I did not receive my parcel, but they even told me the driver attempted to contact me twice. That is not true. A day at home wasted because of their incompetence.

They said they tried to deliver my parcel? I was in all day? Nothing put through my letter box to.aay they tried to deliver. Phoned customer service and they say they will try again tomorrow but can't say when and will not leave with a neighbour? What a joke!!!
