Appalling service. Spent 30 quid on call just to be put on hold and told that driver showed up and there was no parcel to collect. Our bell works just fine and no other company had problems locating us. Didn’t even bother calling! Stay away!!

Absolutely disgusted. So much damage caused and no responsibility taken. Don't bother with the extra insurance, it's worthless.

Never choose this company local dpd Northampton. They are scammers and thieves. Parcels are delivered to different addresses and are stolen. There is no assistance from local dpd Northampton. Important parcels that people are waiting for are lost. Local dpd northampton knows about the problem and does nothing about it, allowing its driver to cheat and steal

LOST MY ORDER!! They have lost my package and not taking responsibility!!! It's been more than 45 days!! Not helpful customer service!!

Already had many negative experiences with DPD, late deliveries by weeks despite paying for Express, repeated missed deliveries claiming they knocked on my door when they certainly did not, and terrible customer service, not including the fact that I have never actually voluntarily chosen DPD for my delivery service but bee stuck with them each time. But this one take the cake, my package of a new nintendo switch was delivered to the wrong address and I was jerked around for half an hour trying to find it before I was finally shown a map of where it had been delivered, and where had it been delivered you ask? To a damn old peoples home which is quite clearly not the address I used for my package. Took me an hour to get it back, and ran into another woman looking for her package there too as apparently DPD decode to just dump our stuff there instead of going to the addresses clearly shown on our packages like they're paid to do.

DPD delivered a box of xmas presents to me on 13 Dec 2020. They are not mine. I've tweeted them on numerous occasions, called them 5 times, emailed them weekly and each dept tells me they'll sort it out - then I never hear from them again. They are quite literally making sure that these christmas presents do not make it to the family that they are meant for. I can forgive the initial error but not the decision to make sure these kids don't get their gifts. Each gift is individually wrapped and labelled. An absolutely despicable thing for DPD to do.

DPD are quite simply terrible. i sent a package on 16th december, it was delivered to a unknown house (photographs of door) on 17th december. since then i have had numerous emails ignored, gone through web chat, retold the story, asked for updates and now in Febuary receive an enquiry form asking for all information again. all telephone help numbers are unanswered. the claims process is intentionally difficult. the matter is still not resolved despite having receipts of sending, collection and delivery to a wrong address! next step ombudsman. i will never use DPD again.

DPD Local to the Continent of Europe. Whatever you think about technolgy and tracking be assured DPD Tracking system does not work . They lose your parcel ............ then ask you to prove that ''they'' collected from their own collection point. They tell you your parcel is in ''Depot'' but they do not have a clue if there is actually a depot and their identification number for said depot is not recognised ........... Fiction? ....but you could not make this up. You sent to Amsterdam , they finally confirm at ''DEPOT'' .............. yes wait for it ........... parcel scheduled to be delivered tomorrow ''great news'' ............. FICTION ................ @ Depot in CYPRUS!!................. You have now spent repeated hours of conversation with ''on line chats'' to staff relating to your delivery expected on the 4th January ............. case enquiry running from the 5th January ............. please just acknowledge parcel is lost , just say sorry and we can move on ............... ''BUT ITS AT THE DEPOT'' ...........So finally 18th February you reconcile that all is lost but I have to prove that collection and the recipient has to confirm undelivered ................... so after six weeks of blocking client , ''BLOCKING CLIENT'' .............. FAILURE ON ALL COUNTS............... GUESS WHAT ........... ''LIKE MAGIC DELIVERED '' ...... I just wish I could ask the parcel of its journey , what story does he have to tell it would make a ''GREAT NOVEL'' ......................... but you know what even DPD could not make this one up! weeks of hassle , weeks of frustration it's just not worth using DPD they cannot be TRUSTED! Forget ''on line chats'' they can offer nothing other than ''WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE'' Forget custome claims, we will respond within 24 hrs , eight days later it is you who has to make contact. There is a real problem with the tracking and I assume they must be using sub contract couriers who cannot communicate with them directly and update once a week. I think from my recent experience that they would struggle with just about anything ......Q '' please describe your parcel ''.............. parcel as dimensions in contract , weight as contract ................. in BROWN WRAPPING , YOUR PRINTED ADDRESS AND TRACKING ............ you think I jest. The unbeliveable aspect is actual ''DELIVERY'' ........... the problem ''THEY DO NOT KNOW''!!

Photo showing where left,I don't have a front door ,it's a corridor complex,no card received. Wasnt left at correct address just somewhere with the same door number,no idea where it is.Cannot have called at my door as CCTV door entry where all calls are recorded. Pathetic,"the postcode on the drivers GPS was used" what about looking for the actual door number then?

Had a bad experience dec 2020 - jan 2021. It did take weeks to be delivered and the usual 'We missed you' message ... 'Impossible' nobody in our house - no card left ...

I concur with other reviews: although the driver turned up on time, I saw him drive off again without even getting out of the vehicle before sending me a “you were out” text. Customers don’t seem to be able to communicate with this company either. Second time this has happened. And the last. Rubbish service.

No phone call or knock to let me know my items had arrived so was automatically rearranged for the next day. Very frustrating. The online tracking service makes it very difficult to make any changes to where you want your parcel to be delivered. Anything you click is absolutely FINAL with no ability to edit or change if you make an error. Tried live chat to communicate with someone and they had no idea what to say and were 0 help.

Item did not arrive / no customer service Item did not arrive. Impossible to speak to anybody at DPD. Appalling customer service. No communication. No communication allowed. I need this item for work. No avenue open to me to find information / update. Tracking is a joke. Such lack of care for customer base. I was aware that DPD were notoriously bad but was forced to use them via Curry's TIME WASTERS / UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL /

Waiting for a delivery all day and track to within my local area and 2 stops. when next checked said there was a delay. kept tracking and driver went back to depot. took till the next day to get any contact with them [terrible customer service]. When I finally spoke to them they said the driver couldn't find the address and it'll be back out for delivery Monday [although THEY failed to deliver]. They have contact details for this package so.why no call to ask for direction? Because it's Friday and the driver can't see last his own nose?

Terrible customer service !!!. This company is very neglectful. Valuable/important package for special occasion delivered by DPD to our address sent by partners son. They stuck a note through the door saying left behind bin, Anyone could of picked it up !!!

Delivery attempted failed. I was given an hour time slot so I was watching the driver making his way on the screen. Halfway through to my property from the previous delivery spot he suddenly marked my order as Sorry we missed you. He didn't call intercome, not even left a calling card. There's a photo attached as proof but it's just a dark spot, so you can clearly see he tried to hide he was not even at my property. Asked customer service to redeliver the next day, but they said it requires an additional charge and so the next delivery will be on Monday. Very disappointed as I was expecting something better from DPD. This is the third time it happened with their drivers.
