Absolute clowns. Messed up delivery. Ignored instructions to return. Customer services useless. Really appalling in every respect.

I am fuming! These useless morons have repeatedly told me they've missed me when I'm home,I've waited the best part of a week,waiting on them! They send blurry photos driving right past my apartment. I can't speak to a human being to make a complaint,there's literally just bots and a call centre in India who do naff all! Disgusting

It seems every time a retailer chooses to ship DPD. There’s an issue three times. I’ve had DPD shipping for upon me and three times. The package is not delivered on time and it’s impossible to call and talk to a person. Terrible service absolutely terrible.

Appalling company. We waited in for an important delivery. Eventually got an email to say the driver tried to deliver but we were not in. We were in - he went to the wrong address two doors down even though our address was stated on the delivery note and our house name and number clearly displayed at our gate - and the house he went to also had their details at their gate. The website is appalling - no way to leave a note to explain what happened, to leave a comment, and impossible to find a human to speak to. This is the latest in a long saga of problems with DPD. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Same story, a text to say I wasn’t home despite actually being here. parcel now left in a locker for me to collect, which is not an unreasonable thing but why lie to be and tell me I am not home when I so clearly am. Improve communication and tracking. If you can’t deliver - refund the delivery fee

I feel the need to share my terrible experiences with DPD to warn everyone about this courier company that scams people. Every time I receive a package from them, I run into huge problems. They indicate that they will deliver something during a certain time period, which means you have to stay home - however, they change the time period every day, which means you have to stay home for several days. More than 20 times I have had to have a package delivered via DPD, and of all these times NO SINGLE KEY has a delivery person been at our door - and we know this very well, as we have a camera in front of our door. After sitting at home for days to receive the package (and you don't get the package), you then have to pick up the parcel in the most remote points of City . Sometimes you even have to travel an hour to pick up the package. When you try to resolve it over the phone, you get rude employees who insult you and lie to you on the phone. I got so much frustration and stress and just lost time, effort and money for nothing. They drove me to madness, and with me many other sellers and buyers. From the bottom of my heart, I recommend that everyone NEVER use DPD. They don't even deserve 1 star, they deserve 0.

Continually deliver to wrong address about 100m from me. House is unoccupied. WIthin Mydpd I can not move location far enough.

Absolute worst service. I was sitting home all day waiting for parcel. Delivery person didnt call and left from main door and i got email that you have missed your parcel. I tried to contact them via phone but no reply.

Wish I could give this company minus today 6,7,2024 they send me email saying sorry we missed and I was actually home they made no attempt to deliver my parcel and have told me it will be left at a pick up point for me to collect, obviously had another dishonest driver who's to lazy to deliver your parcel, this is the 2nd time this so called company have done this I find it disgusting and dishonest on there part, my post code is ST16 3YH I Hope they see this and have words with the delivery driver who lied about saying they attempted to deliver my parcel absolutely pathetic

I sat in all day waiting for my delivery...after several hours of useless reference to their cruddy tracking app, and was suddenly brushed off after hours of waiting, with some excuse "evidence" of their proof of attempted delivery to my door (which is, ironically post box red in colour)...photograph "evidence" looks like their stoner delivery driver's attempt at humour (see attached)....not the first time for their BS either. Was an Amazon purchase, so why not an Amazon delivery driver? (who are excellent). This company should diversify into, well unadulterated BS, in which they excell. Worst delivery company by far: allways some problem. A wasted day for me (and probably a different kind of wasted day for their stoner staff). AVOID!

I constantly hear how bad DPD is and that the drivers take pictures of random houses and claim they attempted your house when they infact didn’t as you can also see from many other previous reviews. This has now happened to me and with a parcel that has fresh juice in that was necessary to be delivered on the day that it was paid to be delivered on.

My parcel has been delivered to a wrong place and I did not receive it. Ok, mistakes happen. But I let DPD know via email, via a phone call to customer support. And no response. Customer support could not get through to the driver and instead of saying I'm sorry, or apologising for the kind of 'priority service' I received (that was next day delivery) asked me to contact the merchant. I did not get what I paid for. Somebody else did. But who cares? The driver does not want to pick up the phone? Sure. He should be right. Why bother. "Great" service! Attention #regulators #consumerduty PS. I can see I'm not alone! Yes, 100% agree with the previous review. DPD UK - YOU ARE TERRIBLE, THIS IS NOT PRIORITY DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THEFT, NEGLIGENCE AND RUDENESS.

Driver delivered to the wrong address and when went to collect within two minutes of him saying it was delivered the parcel had gone. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Woman on the phone rude and didn’t want to know. Awful delivery company!

lazy dishonest drivers, opaque customer contact system, fake customer complaint chater. i wouldn't trust DPD with a takeaway flyer much less a parcel

Received a text from DPD saying: Sorry we missed you. Your driver won't be back today. Delivery will be on Monday (today is Friday). The problem is the driver did NOT try to deliver today. At the allotted time I was waiting at the front window watching for the van to arrive. It did not arrive. 3 of us were and still are at home and the doorbell is working. We live in a regular street, with our door number clearly displayed. I went on to DPDs live chat to raise my complaint. They assured me this would be escalated immediately and that the depot manager would call me within 60 minutes regarding still trying to get the delivery to me today. No one called me. The parcel did not arrive. Had the driver not implied he'd tried to deliver to me, but instead had said 'Sorry, running late, couldn't make it to you today' that would have been far more acceptable and understandable. So, all in all a very bad experience regarding delivery not turning up, false reason being given for this, live chat being a waste of time, Depot manager not calling when I was told they would, and failure to then get the later delivery to me. DPD you need to do MUCH, much better than this excuse of a service.
