Driver saw me,I waved at him and still he decided to deliver my package to a different floor. He wasn’t gentle at all. He threw the boxes on the floor.

Worst delivery company in UK! Delivery driver couldn’t find my address and nobody contacted me. One lady confirmed my address and told me that someone will call me within 60mins. Nobody called. Another lady closed the conversation without any explanation because didn’t want to responded me. They told me to wait and wait again until they will be closed. I needed deliver my parcel today and everybody are pissing me off and trying get to rid of me. Worst company!!! Nobody never treated me as a client like that.

Awful service and the online chat doesn't help. I have tried to have a parcel delivered 4 times, each time during the day when I am at work, I am given no warning or window for when the delivery will be made. Apparently they are unable to leave in a safe place, or with a neighbour or at a time that would actually suit me. If I had the choice I would never use this company as I dont understand how it can be so hard to deliver a parcel.

everytime a DPD delivery is involved, they never show up at the door in Belgium, they only pretend they do, and afterwards deliver the pack to some shop for the customer to pick up. Worst service ever! to be avoided at all costs!!!!!

Eurocentral Glasgow - driver Murray DPD sort your driver Murray out for the muirhead area of Glasgow. Over the last year for what ever reason Murray drives through my street and does not stop at my address (or take a picture of my door), he clicks I am not home (which I am. Captured on my cctv), then takes my parcel back to your base. Which I then have to wait on which can take several days to arrive. I have complained umpteen times/made complaints/spoke to eurocentral managers to be advised this will be dealt with. I can assure you this clearly hasn't been resolved the man still gets assigned my parcels and still does not deliver or attempt to deliver. Your services are shocking!! Sort this out.

Why are the delivery men so RUDE!! I had a delivery today, man never said a word at the door, no hello nothing when I opened the door, he dump parcel down after taking picture in his hand, turn and walk off with bad attitude. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth when they are gone, especially when your not feeling too well. The firm needs to teach them some manners.

Today is the second day I have waited for my parcel. Yesterday driver came, I buzzed the security door open for him twice but he didn't think to pull the door open and let himself in. The security door is in working order and undamaged. He took a pic of the door and left. Today, nobody even showed up at all and no pics were taken either. I just got a notification saying I had missed my delivery although I have been waiting throughout my allocated time. I would never choose DPD, its a shame the retailer chose them. I don't recommend them. They will mess you about silly. Save yourself the hassle, anger , frustration and waste of time waiting around for them.

This company is disgraceful, Every time I have a parcel to be delivered, Same driver Gursharan , takes a picture of the tower block drives off . He can’t be bothered to take the lift , must be time . When you try to report him nothing gets done. Stay away from DPD , They condole it . I am a pensioner with a disability.

This is the second time in a week this company has failed to bring the complete order. Because I refused delivery (as not complete) the driver threw a carpet shampooer at me. Fortunately I managed to stop it with my door. I have tried contacting them and they are absolutely impossible to reach

Terrible experience. No attempt to deliver my package and reason I got was the address I put had 16 buildings on the street (the apartment number was filled in and each apartment bell has name tags). What was even stranger was they did not suggest a drop off point rather they sent the package back to the store I ordered from.

It's a second package that was sent to me by dpd and it's also lost. "adresse is not clear". Have no problems with other companies. Worst customer support ever. Don't use by any circumstances. Just throw your package away - it's free and outcome is the same.

Parcel never got delivered, driver reported they couldn’t find address, despite another DPD driver delivering an exact same parcel (1 of 2) that were being delivered from O2. Sham of a company, still waiting on parcel🤬

If I could give 0 stars I would. Inept driver who couldn't find my address - more likely didn't bother to try and find my address - followed by an inept customer service handler who kept saying my delivery details were incomplete despite being told and being able to see all the details were complete and accurate on their own tracking system! Was told to contact sender which I did and they got the same (fictional) story bit were able to get them to call me to say delivery would either be made that evening or the following day. Low and behold, delivery not made that evening nor on the following day. DPD absolutely useless again and worse than that, total liars. Shocking.

Was told that my delivery was on it's way that the driver was on delivery number 67 and I was number 69 so not to miss the delivery I went and stood by my front door next thing it updates to a missed delivery no knock just a picture of my front door taken from the road tried calling customer service by none of the numbers work so ended up on a text chat which was as usefully as a chocolate manhole cover it turns out the poor drivers are paid by completed deliveries only so if like mine it has to be signed they might not bother as it takes to long so no delivery a day wasted waiting for it a really poor delivery company there are better ones out there so if your sending a parcel use a delivery company that cares Date of experience: 23 July 2024

Yesterday, they attempted delivery to a wrong address. I informed the courier about the correct address, he confirmed that he had corrected the address and that I would receive the package the next day, but today the courier called through a switchboard number, nothing could be heard, and then I received a message that the delivery could not be made. I called customer service and found out that even today they were trying to deliver to the initial address, and only after insisting did they tell me that they could not contact the courier because the line was busy and that I would receive the package tomorrow, the third day... I will avoid them at all costs in the future.

Worst delivery company ever. Every time we sit at home waiting for our parcel to arrive and get a "Sorry we missed you" message. Lazy, careless team. No possibility to track parcels, time slots are too long and only given 20 mins before potentional arrival. No idea why big companies are still using this totally irresponsible service.

Hopeless company, worse than Evri. They emailed me to give me a delivery time slot so I came home early and waited in, then the courier didn’t bother delivering it, instead took it straight to the post office and emailed me to say ‘sorry I’ve missed you’ , I couldn’t complain online as the courier hadn’t left a calling card with a reference number ( because he hadn’t been). I called and spoke to a lady after queuing on hold for 10 mins who asked me to hang up because there were two people on the line . Called again and was told my parcel would be sent back to where it came from if I couldn’t collect it. What’s the point of giving an address if they can’t be arsed delivering it? They won’t be my choice if I need to use a courier . DPD is not a courier company, they dump your parcels to wherever is convenient for them. Assholes .

I recently upgraded my contract and I ordered a new phone which was supposed to be delivered by Dpd, the first day the phone was not delivered due to a pin failure which was my mistake. I called the customer service and since then the situation went chaotic. They assured me that the pin will change but it never changed ( I have screenshots taken from the app as a proof ), it stayed the same for 3 or 4 days. They delivered the phone again and witrhout the pin changing there was a failure again. I was calling the customer service explaining the that I am not there and if they can leave a instructions to the driver to deliver the parcel after a certain hour, their response was "it is not guaranted". The only option I had was to get the phone 5 days later, I refused because it was not my fault that they were not listening. At this point it was very simple, give instructions to the driver but nope! they are a huge company and they dont have that simple add on "instructions to the driver". In the end I lost the contract and the phone, and now I have to do evrything for the beginning and go to an actual store cause the Dpd is not good on delivering parcels. The customer service is just awefull either they were lying or they dont know how to do their job correctly , the application is bad as well. I will avoid Dpd from now on, I know that a complain like that will not change anything but I hope whoever reads this will understand how bad they are at delivering parcels

A guy Said he tried to deliver my parcel but there was no answer . I was sitting outside my front door when he was meant to have tried to deliver . Why lie it's not very professional?
