ÂŁ155 owed to me and there is no possible way of contacting them other than Wattsapp which they ignore. I orded a Napapijri jacket from Dressinn to my sons birthday. The delivery came but instead of a jacket it was a bag pack! I call Dressinn and they just tell me to return the bag pack. I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks!!! How about the jacket I payed for? No, I have to order a new one and pay a second time. Crazy!!! After going back and forth with them giving them picture evidence. I was sent an email once they recieved the item back. That it was not there item and no refund was to be given back to me.
