“Initially I had a few computer issues with the registration form. However, once the bugs were ironed out, Duales offered a super fast and efficient service! THANK-YOU immensely for being here 🙏🏽❤Especially during such a difficult time in the world. I have already recommended this service to my friends and I will not hesitate to use it again! 🤩”

“I have tried many services to send money to cuba and your has been by far the easiest but to be honest I only sent it a couple days ago and the recipient has not yet received it. I will follow up once it is there”

“I love the company. But hate that you have placed a limit on how much can be sent. I’m in Canada, why I am being charged in US currency and paying a fee. For this I miss my western union. I could send whatever amt and pay in Canadian currency.”

“Overall excellent experience. Only downfall in my opinion is the website (great once set up) but for the new user, not friendly. Live Chat- not available E-mail - sent e-mail, never did hear back. Updated my personal info with new e-mail address. Received this e-mail on old address. Telephone - Excellent.”

“Great job! Frustrated at first as I was not putting in the date the correct way on the application and needed some instruction on how to fill out the benificary information. Got it done. Sonya helped me and thank you Sonya. I called back twice but after that didn’t get called back. She was smart I had to figure things out!!! Money got to Cuba next day perfecto! Our friends texted as soon as they got the money. I recommend Duales Thank u for your service”
