“I have used dueles multiple times now. My first experience was not exactly what I was expecting. As I had paid for home delivery and they delivered it to a city nearby and my receiver had to travel for many hours to receive the money. But I decided to try the service again. And since that time they have delivered directly to the house every time within 24 to 48 hours. I will continue to use this service as long as it is offered and continue to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you”

“i had a lot of problems typing in street address to my benifiuary as red line always showed up and had to use his mothers address and took a few tries. They also indicated home delivery would from 1 to 4 days and i know the virus concerns but its all electronic . have to do eveything on line and would like to talk with someone in past and i used your service b4 and do i get notified delivery arrived. thanks daniel acs”

“Problem is if you want to make more than 1 transaction. When you finish the first transaction the system says the transaction process okay. Buy you cannot go back to the menu for a new transaction.”

“Har använt Era tjänster för transaktioner till Cuba ett flertal gånger och alltid varit nöjd. Normalt har det tagit 1-2 dagar. Dock tog den sista transaktionen 5 dagar vilket skapade en del oro. Priset för en överföring har fördubblats under denna tiden, vilket jag så klart inte tycker är bra.”

“Sent money to a friend in Cuba yesterday and it was received today, very good service, this was not always the case as in the passed access was denied due to having exceeded the maximum amount sent for the period! only I was unable to find out what the maximum was and what the period of time means, this needs to be made visible on the screen>”

“This was my fifth transfer of money from Canada this year and all of them got through fairy rapidly except the first one which took nearly one month, before the money was available in Cuba This service is a good substitute for WESTERN UNION, which does not operate in Cuba anymore”

“Initially I had a few computer issues with the registration form. However, once the bugs were ironed out, Duales offered a super fast and efficient service! “I have tried many services to send money to cuba and your has been by far the easiest but to be honest I only sent it a couple days ago and the recipient has not yet received it. I will follow up once it is there”

“I love the company. But hate that you have placed a limit on how much can be sent. I’m in Canada, why I am being charged in US currency and paying a fee. For this I miss my western union. I could send whatever amt and pay in Canadian currency.”
