“Good program but $200 limit per week to Cuba means MY SENDING $400 will cost me $30 in fees. One $400 +$15 fee is fair. Two $200 + $15 not good. Will keep looking for alternate transfer company.”

“This service is really good. BUT to get a hold of a real person is their biggest Failure. Once i was able to talk with someone the problem was quickly and efficently resolved. Money was sent and it took ONLY 3 days to get to the person. They got exactly what i sent. Great service”

“I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the transaction. My 4 star rating was based on the quickness. I would have liked an appropriate delivery time in order to notify my people in Cuba. Something very basic was not given”

“I have used Duales in the past without any issues. I just sent another transaction on Friday, but it hasn't arrived yet. If the money arrives at it's destination, then everything is fine.”

“I have sent money many times and for the most part I am happy with this service, but on one occasion the recipient did not receive the full amount and was rushed into signing before counting and the delivery people speed away. I am hearing from friends that this is becoming a more frequent experience and I will stop using this service if this continues.”

“This comes after My first Monday transfer...data entry was reasonably easy and somewhat reassuring....I wasn’t sure how long the transfer of money would take but I received a positive sign of receipt after less the 48 hours...it might have been nice to receive an official delivery notice from duales...but so far so good, I consider using this service again!”
