“website works, App doesn't work”

“Je trouve dommage que nous ne puissions pas déposer sur une carte bpc banco popular ahorro, en dollars Américain. Ma copine à une carte pour acheter dans les commerces à Cuba en dollars américain. Aucun moyen de recharger sa carte depuis que les CUC n'existe plus. Je ne sais pas si il y a un autre façon. Pour le reste merci du bon service. Michel Grenier”

“When I send money it is hand delivered to my friends in Cuba. I would like to be able to send to MLC card or Bandec Card so they can get USD I am disappointed that those options have been removed”

“I was wondering why last time i sent money to cuba it was in USD. dollars. Now its not avalialable, it would be nice to send USD to my family. It would make it much simple for them. I have no issues with sending money it is very good. i have been using them for years.....”

“I used duales.com for the first time and in 24 hours my beneficiary had his transfer on a network card in CUP of bpa, very satisfied, however I would like to increase the weekly limit of $ 200 to a slightly higher figure between $ 300 or $ 400 is my only suggestion . “This is my third time using this service and I am still satisfied. The money I sent was delivered the next day. I will use Duales again for sure. The ability to send money to an MLC card would provide another good option for those who need it.”
