“I have found Duales very easy to work with now that I have gotten used to sending money to my friend in Cuba. The only problem I have is with my friend in Cuba wants to get US dollars. She could then go on line and buy products that are very hard to get from the Peso stores. In most cases she can't get what she wants. I have tried signing up for your DUE card and your Igor calls me and he wants me to have a second phone and I don't get anywhere because I just have one cell phone. He usually gives up on me and I have never being able to get your card.You are already dealing with US dollars on your site. Why can't you make the site able to give US dollar to my friend.”

“Encuentro, la aplicación de la computadora muy buena, rápido acceso y su trabajo que es lo más importante lo hacen muy bien ya que nuestros familiares reciben el dinero bien rápido y seguro, no tengo quejas al respecto. Le doy 4 estrella porque la aplicación del teléfono no la soporto, y la desinstalé, espero poder seguir mandando el dinero por esta vía. Le sugiero mejorar el problema de la privacidad en el teléfono que tu cuando vas a buscar tus contactos te aparecen todos los consumidores de Duales, esto me resulta bien desagradable, no me gusta eso, así que mientras pueda envío mi dinero por la computadora.”

“I'm very thankful to have found Duales and can send money to Cuba affordably. I've used now 10 or so times and it's very reliable thankfully. One improvement would be access to more info up front when it comes to limits etc. Trial and error is tedious. Service is GOOD!!”

“I found this site easy to use. Wish I was able to use Interact debit. Doesn't offer major banks only 2. That would be the only improvement I could suggest. Other than that its easy to navigate and simple to use.”
