“Duales consistently "makes me happy" by providing the most secure, user-friendly and expedient service I've ever used! The brilliant and multi-faceted nonprofit concept took its form and shape from the known lifestyles and identified needs of its Cuban recipients, wherever they live! The home delivery service is phenomenal, and always elicits joyful and grateful response-- in both the sender and the recipient. Duales facilitates the creation and maintenance of the ties that bind. YES!!! Duales brings people together even when they are many miles apart. "It's the Cuban way!"”

“Been a customer for many years. The only complaint I would say is sometimes difficult to communicate when there is a problem. Sonia has been very helpful for me and I appreciate her efforts. I understand many changes are taking place in Cuba and Duales is adjusting to the changes. I give the company 5 stars because for all the many years of service the problems have been very few. They have met or exceeded my expectation .”
