“Gracias Duales! I've used the service many times over the past several years, always prompt delivery. Except for a small problem long ago, that was fixed with minimal delay, I have had no issues and always great service.”

“I have used Duales for over fifteen years and have never had any issues with home delivery (other than the odd one or two day delays) or with the competitiveness of their rates. With so many obstacles to sending money to family and friends in Cuba, Duales remains the best.”

“Muy buen servicio. Sin embargo solicitamos una forma mas justa y equilibrada para convertir el dólar al peso cubano antes de entregar la remesa al familiar en Cuba.”

“I have used Duales services for over 10 years to help my relatives in Cuba. I have looked at other options but Duales has low prices, fast service, and they have my confidence also. Their home-delivery option is so very valuable for my relatives who can't easily leave their homes.”

“Sent money. We've done this a few times and it is quick and easy. Also, fund's delivery was quite expeditious. During these troubled times in Cuba, it would be nice to be able to send American dollars, as it seems that is the currency that is most valued there. Hopefully though, things will settle down, and their peso will gain strength.”
