“E-transfer's a few years ago were $1 Canadian now they are free. Today you charge$20 American an absolute ripoff. I don't have any other choice so I suck it up.”

“I might have given it a higher mark but you DO NOT answer your phones. I have used your services many times and overall I have been satisfied. But sometimes people need to get an answer straight away. I tried for days by phone and finally gave up.”
