“My parents received the money in less than 3 days. I wish there was an option for receiving Canadian currency instead of CUC, because the new stores in Cuba are not accepting CUC.”

“Estoy complacida con su servicio. Utilicé en su página web la opción para Canada de envío por correo electronico (Email money transfer). Realicé el pago indicando el número de referencia que me dieron y al día siguiente la persona en Cuba recibió el dinero. Se lo llevaron directamente a la casa! La única forma de confirmar el recibo es que la persona que recibe el dinero te avise, y antes de eso debes asegurarte que en historial de transacciones te aparezca en Estado: payment approved. Importante: asegurarse de haber escrito correctamente toda la informacion exigida. La comunicación por correo con Henry y Customer service es rápida. Excelente servicio.”

“I am pleased to report that Duales' fine services completed my transfer to my cousins in Cuba promptly and efficiently. The home delivery is very convenient especially for all of us who have relatives that cannot move from the house because of illnesses. It was indeed a very pleasant experience and I recommend Duales without reservation.”

“I was trying to send money to Cuba.I was having a difficult time through banks.I dealt with Henri in your company and he was amazing....most helpful.We had to wait until the new cards in Cuba are set up for use..the new currency MLC...I will continue with Henri as he knows what he is doing for sure”

“I've buen trying ti send money to Cuba but it's awfully hard, try to fill every step, there is not even a tutorial video, and it give error once and again. I'm disappointed. The buttons un the picture I add, doesn't work. And what's the meanning of bill adress?”
