“I have used Duales numerous times and I'm very happy with their service. I do the credit card charge and the home delivery. It's fast, easy, and efficient. I've been sending money to Cuba for 20 years, using every company that exists, and others that are now out of business. Duales has the best prices, and they get the job done efficiently and fast. And during this time of COVID, I have been so grateful to have the money delivered to their house. No one has to stand on line to collect their money, and no one has to be told to come back tomorrow, as they are closed or don't have enough funds. I've called with questions and they are always responsive and clear. The one thing I would like to request from them, is an email or text message to let me know the money was received. Sometimes Cubans don't have a connection to the internet or money in their phone at the time to let me know.”
