“I paid for home delivery (Artemisa Bauta ) and the boy who called my mom said he doesn't do home delivery 😟 he lives at 8 km from my house and my mom need to goes to meet him in some place in Bauta. I paid for home delivery thank you”

“unable to access link to validate myself. tried to put in full address for link, just got back to main page.also unable to pick my# for verification.got the code and my phone # is what?? From Canada is it countryside 1 then area code and number. Very difficult”

“I'm very pleased with the service and prompt delivery of the funds. The registration process was straightforward and filling out the form was quite easy. I did have a problem entering the date of birth; the application kept on changing the day to one digit lower. I got around this by entering a day higher. The delivery of the funds was done in less than 24 hours with no problem. I had a slight problem with a transaction I wanted to cancel because of the delivery type I chose. I left several messages, but did not get a return call. I sent an email stating the problem, and was pleasantly surprised that they had promptly resolved my and also sent a receipt notifying me how the money I sent was delivered. Thank you Sonia for prompt service and professional follow up. I gave Duales a five star rating because their prompt and professional service overshadowed any inconvenience I encountered. Thank you so much for a job well done.”

“I used your website for my transfer to Cuba. I am very impressed with the home delivery, and the transaction fees are not to expensive. I will use again. I did download the App on my phone by found it a little confusing, it is not as user friendly as TransferWise, which is the app I use for sending money to Brazil. But overall I am happy with the service you offer and the service I received. Thank you”

“My wife is in Cuba unable to come here because of the travel restrictions , I was very sceptical about using Duales but it was my last hope of getting money to her as all other options were a no go ... So Friday afternoon i made an account and crossed my fingers, Last night around 7.30pm my wife called ecstatic that the money was delivered right to her door , the delivery boy was sorry he was late because he was busy also delivering to Varadero and Santa Marta. I am 100% satisfied with this company and the service they provide and have no hesitation using them again next week”
