“I sent funds to Cuba for the first time last week. I had an incorrect address and although it was Sunday, I had an immediate response from customer service and the issue was resolved. Funds were in her hands 4 days later and she said the process at her end was great. Thank you Duales!”

“Hi there thank you for the service you are providing to help out our families and friends in Cuba during this difficult time. One of the main things that i found was frustrating was my user name should have no spaces when you registered. It would be helpful to put that in top for people who are trying to register. Also it would be nice to have the choice to send Dollers or CUP.”
