“About 1 month ago I did send a very negative review about this company because I could not get in touch with anybody. 2 days later I was contacted and everything turned out to be fine. The money got to Cuba in 2 days, home delivery. Excellent transaction. That is why I'm still with you. Thank you Merry Christmas and Happy and Safe New Year to all of you.”

“NOT SATISFIED. Very difficult to sign onto duales.com. Unable to follow the security measures to finish the sign up process. Tried the 1888 number more than half dozen times with no success. Went to find the office...NO LUCK THERE EITHER.”

“I went to place an order to load a Cuban bank card. I had the bank the card number and the recipient's name and city but there were so many other questions required I got frustrated and withdrew before completing the purchase”

“Generally well performing site, but there is no method to cancel and erase transactions. A new user will make mistakes until they become more skilled using the app. Also, if there are limits to the amounts of money that can be sent per time period, ie., a week, or month, it would be good to know this in advance, prior to filling out all the info first, then submitting.”

“When I started using Duales several years ago, I found it very difficult and time consuming to send money to Cuba. However, over time I got used to it and Duales also made some improvements to the web page. This year when I sent some money to Cuba I found the process much simpler, easy and quick. So thanks for the improvements, they are much appreciated.”
