“The Duales web page is easy to navigate. Payment by e-mail transfer is a major plus. Delivery in person to the recipients door is (again) another plus. From my experience with other money transfer sites this is the best! (so far) Keith Mathers”

“I was interested in the services offered by duales because I periodically need to send money to Cuba. The registration procedure is quite confusing, for the following reasons: The second surname field is mandatory, and not everyone has a second surname. Special characters, like "ñ", and probably accented vocals, are considered non-alphabetical and are not accepted. These problems make unsure that a money transfer can succeed, since they potentially prevent correct identification of sender and/or beneficiary. For the above mentioned reasons, I preferred to wait that other, currently out-of-order, payment methods, are available again, since duales seems to be a not completely mature website.”

“The app is not very friendly. Please remember a lot of boomers use this App.I am a member of Canadians help Cubans on Facebook. Users complain on Facebook about the ease of use of the Duales platform. It is unfortunate because your service is reliable and a lot of your customers appreciate your honesty. I know the current situation to send money to Cuba is hard. But if you could keep us updated daily with a small blurb on your app that would be amazing. Thank you for your service.”

“Did 2 transfers with this company to family in Cuba and it was effortless before but now with being unable to transfer to an MLC USD card, I was told I could get a refund of my wallet in my app. After multiple emails with request to refund my wallet, no response. Now the only option in the application is home delivery in CUP and no explanation provided as to why they can’t transfer money on the MLC card in USD. Quite frustrating and disappointing as it was so effortless before. If you’re thinking about using this service, please think of using another transfer service. Based on the reviews, sounds like many others are dealing with no communication from them.”

“First time using Duales. After 7 days, my family haven't received the money. At least Customer services works, after 2 days they told me because the Holidays was a delayed. Second response after 7 days, they told me because "Cuba's changes" we need to wait more days... they don't how many more days.....!”

“They did not help me at all. I tried to Register to send money to my husband in Cuba, but was never able to submit the application.Because since I was a new client, I was to Register as New & the application did not allowed me to Register as New. They wanted me to write my user name & password which I had ever before created. I then sent duales an email requesting help & they responded me to Click on a Link that did not work, emailed them again & they never responded. I called the 1-888-888-8908 and a machine kept telling me that extension 151 was busy. Called again & now the machine said that extension 153 was busy. I had never even dial any extension! Playing games & more games with me.”

“After frantically searching for a money transfer solution I found Duales and gave them a try. Everything went as planned and advertised and the funds arrived earlier than expected which is always a good thing. I will certainly use this service going forward.”
