“Not sure if this the right place to ask..but does anyone know how to make a verified account on duales? I'm from Canada and it's not listed. Use US? It says Invalid KYC API response. What does that mean?”

“This review is just based on creating an account and sending one remittance. I did this yesterday, so don't know how the rest of the process will play out. So far, I'm very happy. The website is easy to use; it was easy to create an account; it feels very secure; and I was very happy to be able to use e-transfer since it seems as a secure way to go. The fee is very low. As soon as I sent the e-transfer, I received confirmation by email. I'll try to remember to send a review once the money has been received in Cuba (by home delivery). I'm very happy that duales is still working during covid.”

“I just want to say that I did register on you sight and tried to make a payement to send money did everything correctly but at the end when it askes how to make the payment I clicked on visa and entered the number and did not except the payment methods I did everything correctly I needed to contact customer service to sole this problem I had to give my Visa card number to a representative on line for her to make the payment it took me a long time it was not simple sending money on your platform hope I will not go through that again when I want to send money again and it was important to send it as soon as possible thanks and one more thing I tried calling to talk to someone on the phone for two days and could not I was not happy about that”

“El envío de dinero a cuba difiere del lugar del mundo en el que te encuentres. Porque si vives en Canadá pagas menos por el envío. De momento utilizaré está página cuando den mejores precios para el envío. Mientras tanto utilizó otra que cobra solo 4 dólares por cada 100 CUC enviados. Duales es cara no la recomiendo”

“Money received in 3 days to their door. Would use again. I can’t sign into the app with the info I used on the web page. I also couldn’t get ahold of someone in person and my voicemail was not returned.”

“I sent the money on Wednesday to put in the bank with the address and account number. However it was delivered by hand to the house on Saturday evening. The important thing though was the money was received. This part was very good.”
