“I am trying to send $ to my mother in law in cuba. I filled the registration. A form said it would get back to me as soon as possible. So far the only communication i’ve received is this review. Please. I want to send $ for mother’s day”

“I had a great experience with Duales-com, so I recommended it to a friend and her experience has not been the same, she sent the money to her mother last Friday 26 of July 2020, she received the email from Lemargo the same day at 19:40:28 informing that the transaction was approved and she also checked and the money was deducted from her card. Today July 3rd her mother has not received the money yet and she sent and email and she has been calling but she has not gotten any reply to the email and nobody answered the phone. I am wondering if someone can give her an explanation of what happen”

“At the beginning of using Duales.I had a problem using the site.But I understand it was for security reasons .I have no problems with them now. Gave them the proper I Identification they asked for,and since then everything has been great with them.They are my number one company I believe better than Western Union for transferring money,my opinion..Thanks Duales for your awesome customer service and support.”

“I am a first time user and found the site very confusing. The info is easy to fill out but a problem once to get stuck as there is no one to help guide one through the application, I asked for help via email as requested and no one got back to me, so I was unable to send the much-needed money to my loved ones in Cuba. I am disappointed but will wait until Monday and hope to get a human to help me with the issues I am continuing to have, Sadly I have not been able to complete one transaction yet which makes me very sad and frustrated. I hope these problems can be resolved.”

“Easy to use, very efficient. The fact that the money was delivered within 2 days despite the COVID crisis is very impressive! I chose this service partly because I didn’t have to give any information that I consider unsafe to share, eg passport number.”
